If you're thinking about buying a ring,don't do the mystery ring. I made that mistake and got the most horrible ring they had. I wish I had read the reviews and glad I didn't buy the amount of rings I wantef.

The personalized experience was the best part of buying our rings. As we were ordering our rings we got concierge service by way of text messages. After we ordered I had a question and it was quickly answered by email within 48 hours.

The entire process from beginning to end was 2 months. It was totally worth the wait!

The ordering experience needed a little explaining, but that happened! We got all the help we needed and we LOVE our new rings. We're planning to get new ones for each anniversary going forward!

The information for informing buyers is so bad. Nowhere do you get the info on how long it takes to make, as soon as you find out you suddenly hear that it could take a few months/weeks while nowhere was mentioned.

The track and trace is not sent by email, so I almost missed the package the first time - This was in March .

When it went back to be repaired bigger, the communication was not so smooth, I asked a question and didn't get an answer back even though I sent it back to another country for the first time, so I wanted to make sure.

Once I got there no communication or update on status. On May 19 I sent an email asking how and what. Suddenly I was told that something went wrong (which can always happen) and that it could take 1/2 week and I was informed with the track and trace.
But this later turned out to be very crazy since the package had already arrived in my country on May 6 without having this info again so they could have given me the track and trace much earlier.

Once received on 27 May dol happy of course, but to my surprise I saw a difference between the ring I first received. Glow ring without the glow... While having paid exstra for that. Damage in the ring itself while they should not be there. And the crystals also seem to be less, one seems to be missing or barely there. If it was redone, it looks like it was done very sloppy and in a hurry.

I am very disappointed and fed up with this as it cost a lot of money and was a birthday present from my boyfriend.

This company is very deceitful when it comes to promos. They tell you buy one ring and one ring free then you get a $10 pendent. The day I got the package in the mall the changed there promo to buy one get 2 they said since my order already processed they would not honor it. VERY SHADY this is why they have a F BBB rating.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Like all the other negative reviews, bought a ring expecting a 6-8 week turnaround around for an engagement, instead, after 3 months of back and forth emails, lots of frustration, and poor communication, I finally decided to get a replacement ring and told them to cancel the ring altogether. Surprise! Of course they said they couldn’t because ALL OF A SUDDEN they were SO busy on my ring (not!!!!). After a few more angry emails I realized they had no intention of giving my money back so I had my bank dispute the transaction and get my money back, they’ve also blacklisted this guy so that any transactions from his store will promptly be flagged as fraudulent/suspicious! STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Also I’m 100% positive they are buying fake reviews and trying to cover real ones, they’ve should be in jail.

I have been wearing this ring for 2 months and I couldn't be happier. I am an Engineer and purchased the Hexagon Star Dust™ Ring to try and combat scratching and distortion during use. I can confirm that this ring is amazing. During night even without intense light the ring comes alive and glows beautifully. Very high quality and highly recommend!

It took 5 weeks to get my order. One of the rings is too small and I wrote to them and asked if it could be resized by 1/2. They asked for clarification as to which ring and I sent back the information. That was the last I heard. No response.

The range and colours of their rings gave me such a choice that I ended up purchasing many more rings than I first thought I could afford.

I purchased a glowstone ring for my wedding that occurred in March. I had ordered it in January, and I was becoming increasingly anxious as the end of February was approaching. I emailed the team, and they reassured me that I would get my ring before that date since they make their rings within a certain timeframe. They kept true to their word, and I received my ring the week before the event. It was just as described. It glows beautifully and brilliantly.

I ordered a ring in December of 2023...still haven't received it. It is marked as partially filled. I have contacted their customer support via voice 2x in the last 60 days ( their number rarely works) to resolve it. They told me there was some "oops" got the info they needed said they fixed it...and...I still don't not have it. I paid for this back in 2023...I was going to order a wedding band but since I can't get through to them or even recieve a ring I paid for backbone 2023...I am starting to think they are a complete scam.

They sent the wrong style ring! And the “equal value” mystery gift is still a mystery as to how is worth even close to what the ring is. It’s not. A pendant that looks like a gray piece of rock isn’t equal value. I guess they think we are stupid.

If they do the right thing and either refund me or get me the correct ring I’ll change this review, but the way it stands, I’m not a happy camper or customer and I will be putting in a dispute with affirm.

I ordered a custom tungsten glow ring with black marble and blue opal. Sprung for the extra glow stone too. I was offered a free second ring so I got my wife a white opal glow stone stackable ring. Unfortunately, the rings do not properly glow, and the advertised glow was the main reason I bought them. I reached out for a refund and despite being told I’d be responded to in 48-72 hours, I have heard nothing since that time expired. Based upon reviews I am reading here, I am concerned.

That said, the materials seem solid and the looks (non-glowing) are noteworthy. I wish the blue opal was bluer (lots of green in it), but I guess that’s the risk you run with any opals.

I'd been looking for something new and different when i came to a ring to wear.

When I saw PAD's website, I found what I was looking for immediately. Two rings later, I couldn't be happier. Everyday, I get compliments on them

The ring is beautiful and fits great - used the sizer provided. The pictures looked great but the ring in person is even better. I bought a small uv flashlight to see what the glowstones would do in the dark - what fun. The free gift was a meteorite dogtag necklace - very unusual pattern. Not a necklace kind of guy but I put it on and it has not come off in 2 weeks now. I think I like it.

I had a full set wedding rings but my diamonds kept falling out so after almost a year decided not to wear my set and look for a unique wedding band that I could wear with out the fear of my stones falling out. I saw this very unique ring being displayed on FB and I loved the look and uniqueness of the ring. I spent several months researching the company and the rings they made before I finally made the decision to purchase. I had the ring made with my birthstone, my husbands birthstone and the stone of the month we were married in it, with the extra touch of the bright glow substance. I ordered the ring sizer, made sure they could make 1/2 sizes and awaited my masterpiece. Every email I sent them, they were fast and courteous to respond. The ring did not disappoint. My husband was shocked when he saw it and the special effect of the glow. This ring is my beautiful everyday wedding band and I love it! Thank you PAD! You did a fabulous job!
From the time I placed my order (including the ring sizer) took about a month to receive the product.

Not worth the money honestly. I paid 400 with a free mystery ring gift. It took awhile to receive the rings. I knew from past reviews they take a while to send the rings. When I received them I sighed. Nothing spectacular. I was dissapointed. When i gave the ring to my spouse i thought i made a mistake of ordering the wrong ring size. Come to find out when they sent the ring measurer, i sent the right ring size they just sent me the size of the ring wrong. I contacted them when i sent the ring to check whether they received the ring and i was told by one of the support team i shouldnt email them or they will put my order to the last. Thay person is scum.

PAD did a great job! High Quality rings at a great price, good customer support, they really listened and made me happy. I now own 3 rings with 2 new ones on the way!

I want to share my full experience with Patrick Adair Designs so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing. My hope is that by being transparent, I can help protect future customers from what I went through.

I ordered an 18K rose gold meteorite wedding ring, investing over $2,500, including an extended protection plan. The ring arrived just in time for my wedding on April 27th 2024. While the ring was beautiful, I immediately noticed that it lacked the beveling shown in the main product image. It also felt a little tight. I had been professionally sized before ordering, and even after double-checking with another jeweler, the size matched—but the band’s design and thickness made it feel off.

I wore it briefly on the wedding day and the next, then safely stored it during my honeymoon. After returning home on May 3rd2024. I resumed wearing it—and by May 8th, 2024 it broke while I was sitting at my desk. It caught slightly on my clothing, and the band fractured. I had only worn the ring for a few total days. For something that expensive, marketed as heirloom quality, the fragility was shocking and incredibly disappointing.

I contacted Patrick Adair Designs for a repair and was told they would resize it by removing gold. This didn’t make- you dont resoze a ring by shaving the gold away, you make a cut and add gold. They told me thwy would just remake the ring. When they returned the ring, the truth came out: instead of rebuilding or resizing it properly, they simply shaved away gold and re-engraved the inside. They didn’t even remove the original engraving correctly, leaving clear signs that the ring had not been reconstructed at all—despite what I had been told.

I eventually received a refund. However, I was also told they would still finish repairing and returning the ring to me. That never happened. After months of back and forth, they stopped communicating, and I gave up.

What makes this worse is that my original review was removed from their website, silencing my experience from public view. Since then, other individuals have reached out to me privately, thanking me for what I shared on social media. Many told me they experienced similar issues—some only got help from the company after seeing my posts.

I now believe Patrick Adair Designs is actively hiding negative reviews and engaging in deceptive practices that mask ongoing customer dissatisfaction. What should have been a symbol of love and commitment turned into stress, disappointment, and a complete loss of trust in the brand.

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call. When someone invests over $2,500 in a wedding band, they’re not just buying jewelry—they’re trusting a company to deliver a piece of lasting meaning and value. That trust was broken.
