Patriot Depot Avis 

The company has nice products on their website. However, they are not responsive to emails and don’t have a phone number. I am not sure if they are still in business. I placed an order 11/16/24 and have not heard a thing. I would make contact with the company before buying anything else.

I ordered three items on 11/22 and have only received one. I have emailed 3 times and have not receveived a response to the status of my other 3 orders. No phone number to talk to someone. Have no order updates, tracking info and a number to talk to someone in poor customer service. I hope I receive my other 2 itmes before christmas, but at this point I am doubting it.

An immense amount of unsolicited text spam from this company keeps being sent to me. That says all that needs to be said about this company.

Ordered 4 T-Shirts 8/23/24 and still have recieved NOTHING!!!! I have spammed their inbox, and DMS on Instagram and no reply. Safe to say this place is a scam and ill be contacting my bank for a refund

They have blown up my inbox with spam text after spam text and I’ve blocked no less than 6 phone numbers that they’ve tried to reach me with. Absolute scum and should be ashamed of themselves in the way they conduct business. Based on other reviews I don’t think they’re a real business either

No response re email of whereabouts of Sept 13 Order PD693388, cost deducted from debit acct Sept 16, ridiculous & disgusting! We'll pursue basic steps...this outfit BBB accredited??

I really hate to have to do this, but I've just joined the ranks of "empty handed" buyers. I ordered $75 worth of t shirts and nothing ever showed up. No reply from my several e-mails. I am tempted to take a "road trip" to straighten out this matter.

Do not order from Patriot Depot. You will lose your money. They will take it and you won’t receive your order. It’s a sham.

I've been trying to decide what to order then got an email for 40% off for writing this review. I'm trying to see if it's legit before I place my order.

They sent me the wrong item. I have emailed them four times and they obviously will NOT return any of my correspondence. I keep asking them to send me a label so that I can return the shirt but still... no answers. All I want is for them to take back the WRONG shirt and send me the CORRECT one. I can see they have poor ratings and I had no idea about that since I have purchased merchandise through this company a few times in the past.... with no problems. I must send these to President Trump at TRUTH SOCIAL so he can see just how this company decided to go anti-MAGA. Shame on all of you.

Spent $83.00 for coffee, flag and a set of glasses on Saturday, 12/16/23. Monday, 12/18/23, they took that $83 out of my account as quick as they could and I've heard nothing. I started emailing them 12/20 to find out when it would be shipped...3 more emails later, I've still had no response. Any phone numbers associated have been disconnected. I've filed claim with my bank for refund!

I placed an order on 12/10/23. I have never received my order. I have emailed this company multiple times with no reply. Phone number doesn't work. This company is a scam.

1/8/23 UPDATE:
I did receive my order today and I am very happy with the items. I am thankful it ended up not being a scam.
That being said, their customer service still was not good. The phone number didn't even work that's listed.

Hope this company does make improvements because this country could really use some patriotic companies who do what they say they will do.

They took the money and never shipped the order beware of this scam website they will not answer email or pick up the phone the mail box is full no voice message can be recorded. Save your money and shop elsewhere also check reviews before purchasing elsewhere as well.

They will not send me my order, refund my $146, answer the phone, answer any of my numerous emails or messages, they took my money June 14, 2023 and haven't responded since.... GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!!!

impossible to get in contact with. phone number goes right to voicemail. voice mailbox is full. unresponsive to emails and website help inquiries. is this even a real company with real people working it???

Patriot Depot has a great supply of unique items for sale. Also their customer service it the best I've dealt with in quite a while
