Ordered an item and wanted to return it within their 30 day rtn policy. I must have gotten 10 emails from them asking me to send them pictures of the item. ALL i wanted to do was return it...they are a robotic response company, NO customer service whatsoever. They write off scripts and I WOULD NEVER use them again.
