Easy to choose reasonable prices easy checkout

I would give zero stars if I could. The dresses I ordered was NOTHING like the picture advertised on their website. The dresses were fabricated VERY poorly as if it was put together by a child. There was NO WAY I could even imagine wearing them. The stitching and overall design was so surprising and disappointing. When I contacted them via email (because the phone number listed on their site is a facade--doesn't connect to anyone) I got the run around. We kept going back and forth and they said I could return the package but I had to ship it to the UK. I was very confused because it arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it from Jamaica, NY. According to them, that's where their "warehouse" is that inspects the items. When I went to the post office to inquire how much it would cost with tracking--because they will only accept the return with tracking--it was going to cost about $95!!!!!. I paid less than that for the 2 dresses. Again, I had to go back and forth via email because they kept on asking more questions and it was clear that it was AI responding to my issue. They were originally offering me a 15% refund but I can't even give the dresses away because they are soooo bad. I ultimately contacted my credit card company to let them know what was going on and that I was disputing the charge. Miraculously, the same day, I received my refund. It shouldn't take so much frustration and time to resolve this problem. Horrible quality and non-existent customer service. I would never recommend this company. Any positive reviews must be AI-generated or people paid for their responses.

The fact it was all so easy!!the hard part was trying to make a decision on which outfit to pick.
