Hi Ian, Thank you for leaving us your feedback, we really appreciate it. As we deliver nationwide, we use 3rd party haulage companies that typically use manual pump trucks and tail lifts for most deliveries unless specified as needing an alternative delivery vehicle such as a Hiab. We apologies for any inconvenience this caused. The Paving Stones Direct team

Refund received promptly.
After reading positive reviews of this company, I placed a large order for patio tiles with them. Tiles were showing as " in stock". I ordered, paid the full price and received an e-mail confirmation of payment and delivery date.
I have since received notification that the tiles are "out of stock" and been offered a same- price different tile, an offer which was declined. I am now awaiting a refund of the money paid.
Not a pleasant experience.

One of the best companies Ive dealt with.
Im always quite nervous about ordering online and not being able to see the quality of what you are purchasing especially when spending a lot of money on it. As a woman who knows very little about landscaping materials and just had a list of materials to order from my builder, Danny in customer services was absolutely fantastic and helped me every step of the way with my order, measurements, working out the best quantities and splitting pallets so I wasnt paying for unnecessary materials, when other companies online didnt give me that option. He kept me updated throughout my delivery and even ensured the courier used a smaller sized vehicle to get to my property. Ive had to contact Danny twice since due to needing extra supplies and yet again he has gone out of his way to help. So nice to find a company you can trust and i would highly recommend. Thank you!

Customer service at its best
Customer service at its best. We were offered a video tour to look at products under consideration. Kenneth was patient and made sure we clearly understood the difference between two different materials. He looked at our plan and followed through with indicative costs. This morning, he sent through some photographs. Samples on the way but we have asked our installer to proceed and order with this company. Thank you Kenneth - full marks from us.

We are a bricklaying and driveway/landscaping company and have used a few suppliers over the years. Some with similar names who are useless.
