I had an account with them for almost 2 years and with no notice they just suspended my account with no explanation why then when I write them they tell me they sent me a email back in March which today is April and I asked to send me another one no reply they are very rude and they do not have good communication with people

The speed at which queries are attended to, re-assured call back to customer regarding problems encountered remmitting money. Continuous improvement on security, recently a code back to your phone before allowing the usage of the platform.

Good service
Good service, good rate and fast delivery. The only but that I have is, I cannot cash my wallet and whenever I contact customer they tell me they are upgrading their system and this has lasted for a year and some months now so I have also stopped recommending the app
