Had my laminate floor done today id highly recommend them, when I've phoned office they have been so helpful. Connor and his helper were the lovely chaps very polite when laying the flooring.

We provide a simple and transparent way for customers across England and Wales to improve their homes without large upfront costs. Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We can recommend experienced, independent fitters to carry out installation. All fitters operate as self-employed contractors, and fitting services are arranged directly between the customer and the installer. While we are always happy to assist in coordinating and supporting communication, workmanship and installation remain the responsibility of the fitter. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. We welcome honest and constructive feedback and encourage reviews to reflect the correct service provided and the party responsible. The company was great from start to finish. The person who came to quote the cost was friendly and not pushy. The fitter was clean and professional and kept me informed of when he was going to be at my house. Absolutely love my new floor. Beautiful finish to my new living/dining room.

26,06,26 PLEASE READ!! COMPANY HAS TAKEN OVER £500 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND STILL ONE YEAR LATER WE HAVE NO FLOOR. NO FITTERS ATTENDED, NO CONTACT, NO MONEY BACK. WHEN I CALLED UP TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON I WAS INSULTED OVER THE PHONE AND THE COMPANY DEMANDED MORE MONEY. THEIR MONEY GRABBING ANTICS HAVE LANDED THEM IN THE HANDS OF OUR LOCAL COUNCIL, TRADING STANDARDS AND OTHER AUTHORITIES. STAY WELL CLEAR

The surveyor that came round was lovely and very honest. The fitters have done a lovely job, really happy with the finished product. They did miss a door gripper on one door but it will be ok for now.

Fabulous experience from start to…
Fabulous experience from start to finish with this company, the lady came out to measure and brought a good range of samples for the flooring, she went thru all the pricing, deposit and fitter payment with me and made a date for it to be fitted. I arranged payment monthly through a link she gave me, nice and easy! Fitter came today, he was quick, efficient and tidy, picking up bits he cut off, well pleased with the lino, it finishes the room, with the good quality it is, so happy thank you !
