Above and beyond
Penelopetom goes above and beyond! I placed a substantial order that I didn’t want delivered immediately and they so kindly held it until I was ready. Not only are all the products excellent but the packaging was so beautifully done. I felt I was opening all my Christmas presents! So tempted to keep them for myself instead of giving to family and friends! I love Penelopetom’s service and their choice of absolutely lovely things is great. Thank you so much. I’ll be back!

I ordered direct from their website and was able to phone to clarify a question I had. This made the experience much better than ordering via a third party website.

My purchase was a present. I had previously bought one for myself so I knew the quality.
I had it gift wrapped and the recipient was very impressed. I also asked for the delivery to be delayed so it could arrive on a specific date. Your staff were extremely helpful. The item was first rate.
