Full house Window Installation. I would like to thank Billy's Team for their amazing hard work. From the moment they arrived they worked consistently. All carpets covered with dust-sheets. On completion of the installation they cleaned all the windows, and hoovered too. What a Team. Not forgetting Jordan from the Installation Team, who kept me informed all the way through as to what was happening & when. Many thanks.

Amazing service, from visiting the showroom to fitting of the doors. Everything was very professional, no pushy sales staff, exceptional product and very competitive prices. Doors ordered and fitted within 3 weeks.
The fitters (Chris and Dale) were fantastic, no mess and unbelievable workmanship. They even hoovered the path when they finished!!!

It’s rare that I would buy from a large company like this and I was very dubious at first. However, we have just had our conservatory roof replaced with a warm roof and I feel I must comment on the fantastic workmanship and work ethic of the team.

In particular the roofers Tony and Callum, were outstanding. They worked solidly for two full days in truly awful weather, stopping only briefly for a quick bite to eat before getting straight back to it. At times their clothes were soaked and it must have been hard to stay motivated but they quite literally never stopped. Their attention to detail was exceptional and at every stage they kept me fully informed about what they were doing and why. Tony and Callum have completely restored my faith in tradesmen.

The boarder/plasterers were also great and completed the job to a very high standard.

It’s rare to see such dedication, professionalism and pride in a job well done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The only hic-up was when we realised my original new blinds wouldn't fit back at windows....

understood my concern with the situation and pleased to say someone came to look and explained blind brackets would fit although need to remove blinds to clean windows.
That said im very happy with the work and aftercare received by Pennine .

Great experience from beginning to installation - we were fully informed at every step. Craig & Lee did a great job installing & explained/demonstrated the front door lock to my 80 year old mother. Thank you - we would highly recommend your service & my Mam loves her new secure front door.

Can't fault the installation team. All work areas were covered with dust sheets before the old windows were removed.
The lads cleaned up as they went along .

Pennine Windows kept us well informed as to when the install would take place and prior to our date they had a cancellation which was an opportune moment for us so we took it. When the day of installation was to take place the 2 guys turned up on the time given and then surveyed the house and got down to work. They worked as an excellent team together and kept us informed as to what was happening.Prior to starting they lay down all their dust sheets etc to cover all carpets and TV as required.After completion of work everything was cleaned up and all rubbish taken away. An excellent install and thanks to Norman and Kev for an excellent job well done and thank you.

From initial appointment to the work being completed the service could not be faulted. Very professional, communication excellent and fitting team went above and beyond. Would 100% recommend!

Thank you to both Jonathan and Michael for fitting my bathroom window. They respected my home and were both friendly and courteous throughout. Unbeknown to them the glass in the window was the wrong one. I telephone Kim, our co ordinator who got this sorted within
the one phone call. Kim kept us updated and Adam called to change
the glass to the correct one. Would definitely recommend Pennine. Great service.Thank you again.

I was informed every step of the way before the fitting of my windows and was told the date for installation. The two men who fitted the windows were polite and worked hard to install them. I was shown the ventilation strips and how to open and close the windows correctly. I have no complaints at all and would recommend Pennine windows to anyone .

The sales tactics are terrible and outdated. Tried to reschedule appointment but they would not book a date unless both me and my partner available. I explained that I would solely be making the decision based on it being my house but they insisted both needed to be in. What if I lived on my own Pennine? What is the rationale for having both people there Pennine? What is your sales strategy Pennine? Would you turn down work based on the fact there was a single inhabitant Pennine?

The speed and hard work of the two men, Lee and Ken, was admirable. The weather was awful ( rain and snow) but they never stopped working. They were polite and helpful. The windows have made a difference to maintaining heat in the house. I would have given 5 stars if clean dust sheets had been used on floors. I’m sure the company can organise this

We have been kept updated and fully informed by the admin staff throughout the process of having our windows and front door replaced.
The guys turned up on what was a fairly grotty day weather wise,respected inside the house throughout the Installation and basically did not stop until they had completed the works then fully explained operation / care and maintenance of units.
Would certainly recommend Pennine to others.

Great lads who fitted our windows, credit to your company. They were so helpful and fully explained everything during the installation. Very happy with the quality of the windows.

Requested a quote from Pennine and was told I had to buy on the night or loose 30% discount that they had offered on a window scheme.

I asked for a quote valid for 14 or 30 days so I could sought the best finance deal to fund these and there proposed finance had a higher APR than I would have liked and was denied this. It was purchase on the night or pay grands more.

I feel this is poor sales practice.

I have given an extra star as the Salesman was actually a nice man and the admin staff in office were helpful in cancelling my quote but the sales tactics and pressure from Pennine to purchase on the night did not feel friendly or welcoming at all.

Great experience throughout, kept well informed whilst waiting for our doors to be made, they are absolutely gorgeous, over the moon with them
