we could not fault the company right from the first contact at our front door to completion. 1st class service and after care was amazing. project manager on site at least twice and lads who fitted our windows and doors were fantastic. so professional and polite, product is fantastic, seen a difference in the temperature immediately and so quiet now. thank you so much.

The quality of the doors and windows are great. Kim co-ordinated the fit and kept me up to date. John and Johnny fitted my windows on the day, they were quiet and just got on with the job. I taken 6 hours to install 2 doors and 4 windows. All-good

Having just spent thousands of pounds replacing 9 windows at my property there is a small snagging list to complete the work. I have now been let down a second time with no shows from this company to rectify the snagging list .No calls from the company to say they were not attending I had to call them and the project manager said she did not know why they did not turn up? some management communication?
The fitters were spot on but the after sales is a NIGHTMARE

From initial inquiries to after fitting, the whole experience was informative and very professional. No pressure to buy, I was even able to visit a property that had windows fitted that I wanted. Kept up to date pre fitting, stuck to agreed dates. Windows fitted with minimal disruption and mess. Very professional and helpful fitters, even put my blinds back up for me!! Progress checked at everyday from the office and a site visit. Love my new windows that have made a huge difference to my house, feels warmer more secure and they look amazing.

Had new windows installed throughout. Had an amazing experience & thoroughly pleased with the works after completion. Kev & Norman were punctual & polite & very tidy working could not fault them.
Got regular phone calls to update us on the progress prior to installation & after.

Pennine have installed a new roof on my conservatory. The two fitters, Tony and Calum, could not have been better, very much the skilled workmen you hope will be working on your home. Punctual, polite and extremely hard-working, they did a great job and were quiet and considerate throughout, a real credit to the company. The subsequent plastering and electrical work were all done very well and on time. Communication with company, via Allison, was also very good. Overall, an impressive experience.

First class service from beginning to end. Constant communication throughout the sale and installation. Everything taken away and cleaned up afterwards. The sales team and installers were really polite and friendly. Would really recommend these guys

I had 10 double glazed windows replaced that only took 2 days. All old windows were taken away. The fitters explained exactly what was being done each day. They were friendly and polite. I was asked to check over each window to ensure I was happy before they left. The Pennine project manager contacted me each day to ensure I was happy with progress.

New windows fitted - the whole process went smoothly from the co-ordination with Kim through to the fitting with John & Johnny. Really pleased with the final result & wouldn’t have any hesitation in using pennine windows again

It was a lovely surprise from when the 1st Sales man knocked on our door (as we where looking for someone to come and redo the window's and door's) To the 2nd salesman who came and did a thorough extended explanation of how they will look and work. To The workers/builders on Friday where on Time, Very Efficient, got the Cat Flap in utility door, as requested. Quickly and efficiently, everything working as well as it should so far so good. Clean and tidy, polite, where here for longer than expected as the lock on the utility door wasn't up to scratch but they went the extra mile and stayed to get the job done right. I would recommend them to a friend/family member.

From the start to finish the whole process of getting our new sliding patio door has been amazing with Pennie I can’t thank them enough for their amazing customer service. We will be definitely using them again for any future upgrades to our home

From the very pleasant Kim at the office for organising everything and being understanding when I was hospitalised for a month and everything was postponed with no feeling of it being a problem for the company, to the fitters Jonathon and Michael, who were prompt and professional, tidying and hoovering as they finished an area. The finish on the single and bay window was perfect and we are both very happy with the friendly service we have received. Next time we need windows we will be asking for the same team.

Full house of windows and doors fitted in 2,half days .Rain and freezing weather did not stop Lee and Ken in compleating there great work /Corrina kept in touch on updates and how the instilation was going.Great company thank you all

We felt confident that we would get a great installation as from start to finish there was good and regular communication.
Our Sales Adviser Courtney was very likeable and not at all pushy. Our Surveyor Martin was the best - (unlike one with another Company ) - our Project was complex and Martin was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail. He was the key to our Project. Our fitters Geoff and Nathan were careful and worked in all weathers to get the job done and they were friendly and tried to stay positive in very tricky working conditions. They put covers on the carpets and there was very little clearing up to do afterwards.
Corinna , our Project Co-ordinator was brilliant and her friendly calls kept us sane when there were delays with the delivery of some of the installation. We saw our Project Manager 3 times in a 3 day installation which impressed us as I don't think this probably happen with many Companies, and he is very friendly and informative.
A little mention must go to the Scaffolding Company who came to take the scaffolding down on the Sunday before Christmas, amazing.
Our installation looks impressive and is good quality. This is our only experience of using Pennine but what felt really good was being given the contact details of a Project team - no having to ring up a number and go from one extension to another. This makes it a good experience. I needed to contact Corinna a couple of times and she sorted it without hesitation.

Within a few days of the placing the order for 6 double glazed windows the scaffolding was up and secure,
We expected the windows to be installed the following week but there was a delay in obtaining the glass!
My commitments made it inconvenient to authorise installation so it was deferred for a few weeks.
However, despite an initial delay the windows were fitted in 1 working day.
The team of Garry and Adam were extremely good. They showed respect for our property, laying dust sheets and tidying up as they moved from room to room. They worked swiftly and competently. Added to that they both had a friendly personality, chatting to us as throughout the day.
Having arrived about 8am they finished at 4pm. A job well done.
I am also very pleased with the office staff, especially Kim. She accommodated our delays and kept updating the schedule, and after completion of the job was eager to check that we were satisfied with the work and the quality of the end result.

Fitted with no hassle and no mess. The man who fitted the door was a credit to his company.

We were most impressed with the lads who fitted our windows, they worked non stop, tidied up, were polite, a credit to the company.
The windows look good and a quality product
