Met with Steve today for a quote for new windows. If I’m honest, I hate the hard sell and wasn’t looking forward to the appointment. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Steve provided an excellent, knowledgeable service with no pressure but reassurance that I had plenty of time to decide on my choice and the quotation. I was impressed (not sucked in) and made the decision, paid the deposit, without any hard sell or forced persuasion. Job done 👍

We had four windows fitted this week. The whole process was very efficient and well managed. We were kept informed at every stage. The fitting team (Billy, Chris, Peter and Jordan) was excellent in every way. All of the members were friendly, efficient, caring and remarkably speedy in taking out the old windows and installing the new ones. The finish and quality is excellent and the whole job was finished in 3 hours. Outstanding in every way. Thank you!

We received quotes from a few local companies for a replacement conservatory roof.

Pennine were not the cheapest quote in-fact they were the most expensive, but their roofing system did look the best out of all the ones we viewed and sometimes you have to decide if you want the best of you want the cheapest and we all know you can’t have both and when you pay cheap it tends to lead to shabby work and shabby customer service.

After a bit of a rocky start with regards pricing/quotes and prior to booking in, once we actually booked in everything going forward seemed effortless and professional.

Allison and the team at the office kept in touch throughout the process from the time we booked in, throughout pre installation, during installation and right the way through to after installation ensuring we knew what stage everything was at and that we were happy during and at the end of each part of the process.

The fitters themselves again were very polite and professional and did a great job n the roof.

The electricians who came and removed the light fitting and returned and refitted it once complete were also polite and professional and did a great job relocating the light.

The plasterer who plastered the ceiling was fantastic … there was no mess at all while he was plastering or when he finished and the plastering was first class with very little to no prep required prior to painting.

Overall, the service and quality we received from the Pennine team was great and that installs confidence and gives peace of mind that your getting what you’re paying for.

The whole process was very professionally undertaken throughout. Having an assigned project co-ordinator was assuring and Kim kept in touch regularly between scheduling in the installation through to sign-off. A special mention for the installers Gary and Adam who were very polite and their workmanship was faultless.

A big thank you to Kim who kept me informed of everything and was so lovely to speak to. The fitters Jonathan and Michael were great they just got on with the work and didn’t stop until everything was finished and my new door looks fabulous. They were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. They cleared all the old frame and door and cleaned everything so you would never know they had been. Well done to all a great experience.

From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was fabulous. When it came time for the windows to be fitted, they were done with a minimum of fuss and mess and look amazing.

We recently had a new lounge bay installed by Pennine home improvements. The window looks great and everything went to plan with no issues at all. The fitters Michael and Jonathan were polite and did great job. Our co-ordinator Kim was avaliable to contact should there have been any problems and also checked in with us to ensure we were happy with the result.

Very pushy sales man. I felt pressured into signing a contract for what I now think was a made up early slot they had which knocked reduced the project by £1,500.

I ended up cancelling within my 7 day period (which I was not told about on the day) and the salesman was ignoring my emails and turned very blunt and off with me despite constantly saying he doesn’t get commission from the work. I’ll do him the honour of not using his name but sales men that act like your best friend and then suddenly turn very cold and off when you cancel makes you not want to recommend the company.

I also had mistakes on my contract which inflated the price as well. These were corrected but with the whole experience I think they were just trying to get as much money as they could out of me.

They asked for my details off the back of this review and then never contacted me…

Fitters, Jeff and Nathan were very efficient and excellent workers. In fact, everyone we spoke to from the doorstep salesman to the office staff have been very good. Compared to our other experiences dealing with building work, Pennine have done really well. The only concern we had was the length of time we have had the scaffolding in place and the impact it has on our car parking. The reassurance of the comprehensive warranty and support were significant factors in our choice. We would definitely recommend Pennine to friends and family.

Ben the salesman was great told me all about the door. The 2 guys who fitted the door did a fantastic job . Put dust sheets down and They cleaned up after them self door is fantastic 👌

We had a great experience with Pennine Windows from start to finish. Steve, our salesperson, took the time to properly explain the benefits of the windows and we were really impressed with his knowledge. He was also very respectful and friendly — he even went outside for about 15 minutes to give me and my husband privacy to discuss whether we were happy to go ahead, which we really appreciated.

The installation has been amazing so far. The two lads who installed our door and windows did a brilliant job. They talked me through the process, were friendly and professional, and left no mess at all. Since having the door and windows installed, the house feels so much warmer and more comfortable — there’s no cold coming in anymore.

Originally, we only wanted a front door and front windows for the time being. We did think Pennine might be a bit expensive, but once you see the quality they provide, it’s absolutely worth it.

We were also planning a house extension, and at first we didn’t consider Pennine again because we assumed it would be too costly. We got quotes from Alpine and Tyne View, and our final quote was from Carl at Pennine. Because we were existing customers, Carl offered us an amazing discount, including referral discounts, and once everything was added up it really wasn’t as expensive as we expected.

Of course, when getting an extension you want to keep costs down as much as possible, especially with so much going on in the house already. But this is our forever home, and with Pennine’s reputation and quality, we knew we wanted a safe, comfortable space for our family.

Our extension is now underway and will be ready in time for our baby’s first birthday. Carl went above and beyond to make sure this could work for us. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Pennine Windows.

Our fitters Lee and Ken were great, their workmanship and attention to detail was first class, nothing was too much trouble despite some horrendous weather. The quality of the product is excellent too, the house feels much warmer with less draughts. Corrina kept us updated throughout and was very helpful.

From the first phone call until the windows were installed i had 1st class service and a great follow up from Jordan.
The four boys who installed tbe windows were punctual, very thoughtful about keeping me warm, very tidy workers and cleaned up before they left.
