It has now been nearly two weeks since our new windows and back door were fitted. The installation took two days, with the team arriving at 8:00am each morning and finishing at around 2:30pm. They worked hard throughout and completed the job to a very high standard.

We deliberately waited a couple of weeks before leaving our review to make sure there were no issues with the windows or door, and we're happy to say everything has been perfect. So far, we're extremely pleased with the quality of the installation and the finished result.

We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family. John and Johnny were our installers and they were great.

We have had a partial fit to our window install. We paid nearly £3000 for one window. This was delayed and then the week of the fitting we were told the bricklayer was not available. The window was fitted but we currently have a piece of wood covering the gap where the bricks should be.
We were also having our kitchen fitted at the same time. When I asked about the plasterer and finish. They had decided it would be completed at the same time as the brickwork. Luckily the contractors on site stepped in and completed the work.
When we moved back into our home after the kitchen fit, neighbours complained of the mess made by Pennine. Glass was smashed and not cleaned, this had gone into gardens where children play.
I tried to raise issues with them 10 days ago through the sales person. Still awaiting a response.
There are issues also with the fitting of the window but waiting to hear back from Pennine before making any further comments.
Update 02/07
To be balanced in my review, firstly I want to say I was contacted by Pennine the day I posted this review and they have arranged for a builder to attend my home on Monday 6/7 to complete the outstanding work.
However, the call was with the install co ordinator and not a senior manager. They stated they had no ideas of the problems I raised, despite me speaking with the sales person(I do have full texts of the messages I sent and responses).
When I raised the subject of compensation for having to clean up the mess left by the fitters and reimbursement for the plastering work that was not carried out by Pennine I have been told, after an email, followed by a chase up email, that there is a complaints procedure. So more hoops to jump through. Have to say this is very drawn out process and not customer friendly. I will update again once I have any response or outcome.

Replacement windows & doors
Recently had some windows & doors replaced by Pennine. What a great experience we’ve had from start to finish. The 2 guys assigned for the instillation Ken & Lee were absolutely brilliant. Great work ethic and attention to detail was second to none. The quality of the windows & doors are very impressive. We’re very happy with the end results. Thanks to Graham, Andy, Amy, Ken & Lee for all your help.

Jonathon and Michael did a great job of fitting the new door. Kim was lovely to speak to and kept us well informed. Have had windows previously fitted which are great. All products first class.

I had my windows and doors fitted yesterday by Craig and Lee and they did a fantastic job considering the weather conditions. They were very efficient and extremely helpful.
This is the second time I've used this company in 15 years and would use them again if needed in the future.

I had patio doors and windows fitted. The guys who came were professional, quick, and so tidy. The job was finished sooner than I imagined. No mess everything explained properly. I love the new doors and windows they look so much nicer than my old ones, much sturdier and with security keys as well . Great job Penine. Am over the moon worth every penny.

Brilliant company, fitters were professional and took care of my home while they were fitting the windows. Excellent quality windows and they look fabulous, finishing touches were done highly professional also.

Everyone we dealt with at the company were friendly and professional from the sales person, installation co-ordinaror to the fitters. The job was completed exactly when promised to a perfect standard. The door looks superb and all of the old door and frame were taken away. There was absolutely no mess and not one mark on the plasterwork around the door which I had assumed would have to be filled and repainted. Great job!!

Professional and timely from start to finish. Regular updates regarding fitting etc and lads worked extremely hard to get the job done in less than a day.

Cannot fault the quality and attention to detail.Windows installed in less than a day with no mess to clean up.
No pressure salesperson and the office staff especially Allison kept us informed of every step in the process.

All staff members involved were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, even when we had issues with the install dates, they were happy to rearrange with no issues. The finished product works, perfectly and looks great.

Had my windows and doors replaced by Penine this week, and I have to say, what a great experience from start to finish. A high quality product installed and any rendering or work needed to ensure everything looked aesthetically pleasing. Gary and Adam who did the installation were great , nothing was to much trouble and they were always friendly and professional. House left clean inside and out. Office staff were always friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.

The guys were here on time and worked steadily to complete the work. All done to my satisfaction and they left everywhere clean and tidy.
