Great experience with this company Pence from start to finish. While everything was being put in place with my Annuity i was kept upto date regularly during the process. It's a 5 star from me. Many thanks specially to Kirk, Brendan and Lauren.

James Allott was patient with me in spite of the time it took me to arrive at a decision regarding the right choice of annuity. When I gave the green light Liv Carey took over, guided me through the fund transfer process and kept me updated. The entire process is somewhat daunting but James and Liv dealt with it efficiently and without pressure.

Wow what can I say. Had nemerous pensions and didn't really know what to do with them, contacted Pense via the portal, filled in my details, was then contacted by them. They then put me in contact with one of there financial advisers who's knowledge was amazing. Sorted everything for me, was so easy from start to finish. They managed to give me a life changing arrangement that suited my needs plus they will be available for help if needed. The whole process was stress free and didn't take as long as I thought. Kirk & Liv kept me informed throughout the whole process, if it is delayed probably the pension companies dragging there heals, not Pense. If you have multiple pensions after working with different companies then this is for you. I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat. Just do it you won't be sorry. Don't keep putting it off like I did.

From start to finish,the process was quick and easy from start to finish.
My advisor James was was very professional,made the initial application simple to complete,which I did over the telephone in around 20-30 minutes.
I was kept informed of any progress made,and it took around 6 weeks to receive my annuity/lump sum.

Having spoken to a few companies, my initial contact with Pense, via Brendan, was a different experience. Brendan was knowledgeable and helpful and both he and James Allott, who I was referred onto, spoke to me and not at me. James explained everything to me in a way that I understood and at no point did I feel pressured, as I had with other companies. Queries were addressed quickly and with patience. My administrator, Liv Carey, was very efficient and gave helpful time frames so that you knew exactly what was going on at each stage of the process. Everyone was very professional and friendly and helped guide me through the whole process, answering my many questions. I never felt pressured. I initially spoke to James Allott and Russell Flannery, to make arrangements and then Liv Carey kept me up to date throughout the whole process and even sought me compensation from my pension provider who took longer than expected to arrange my documents. That was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend Pense.

My relatively poor pension pot was producing around £11k / annum and subject to some pretty strong charges . The est time that it would run out of funds was when ,or if, I reach the age of 88 . So I looked for an annuity for life, fixed with no ongoing charges. Pense were most helpful and gave me good advice with the final figure arranged is £16k for the remainder of my life .
