Kirk explained all the complex options clearly and in terms I could understand. The brochure was also very easy to follow. Kirk made his recommendations and after perusal and without any pressure I made my choices. Lauren dealt with all of the administrative process, answered my questions and liaised with my pension company (who managed to drag out the process and caused some confusion ). Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received and would have no issues in recommending Pense.

Kirk took time to understand my aims and provided extremely helpful advice, explaining all the options clearly. My application was then dealt with by Heidi Williams in the admin team. Heidi was very proactive and kept me updated throughout, providing updates and answering my questions in a very timely manner.
