Just been to Vegas with these guys, great prices and nice to have a real person on the end of the line! Chris was great especially as I can be a Mardy B*tch sometimes!

Chris was very professional in helping make our trip to las Vegas perfect. Despite b.a canceling our flight 2 weeks before departure due to strikes, Chris made sure we were rebooked on a similar flight almost instantly! We flew with a.a going and was actually far better than any b.a flight I've ever been on. And as an added bonus this new flight was departing an hour earlier than the original one.

I’m lazy and normally have holidays booked for me so I’ve never had to deal with travel agents before, however I recently booked for 15 to go to Las Vegas and had 100’s of first timer questions (some were probably things that everyone should already know) but ‘Chris’ was very professional and always happy to help whenever I called him with yet more questions.... everything went very smoothly and would happily book through perfect holidays in the future. 5 stars!!!

This is the second time this year I have used Perfect Holidays to book Vegas and both times have been smooth and simple. Chris was fantastic in getting everything booked in quickly and keeping us updated with info and responding quick if we had a question. Will definitely be using them for future bookings. Chris was fantastic is assisting me booking a trip to Vegas for my dads wedding. Found the best price I’d seen and was very transparent with the costs. He even sent links to ESTA applications. He was very helpful with queries I had and was always contactable by phone or replied to emails very quickly. Would definitely recommend and won’t hesitate to use again in the future.

Have booked a trip to Vegas in November...Dealt solely with Tina who has been fantastic in finding us a great deal at the Bellagio including complimentary buffet Breakfasts!!...a first class service to date.

Very concerned that the airline we have booked our holiday with via perfect holidays is going bust, it is being reported on through every major news outlet worldwide yet when we call perfectholidays for some advice/guidance on what we can do to salvage our holiday the lady on the phone denies any knowledge of this information and pretends she has no idea. Very concerning. In order to put your customers at ease and be able to offer help/guidance you should probably ensure your staff are up to date on current affairs particularly when it comes to major airlines, that you sell holidays for, going bust. Or better yet, train staff to be honest and upfront with customer rather than lie to avoid any liability.

Unfortunately not having a great experience booking with Perfect Holidays. I have found numerous 'Perfect Holidays' to Las Vegas via both the travelsupermarket website (that leads directly to the Perfect Holidays website) and the Perfect Holidays website directly. Received numerous quotes for these 'Perfect Holidays'. Phone to book my perfect holiday and the price is not available! This has happened to every single one of the quotes I have had sent, direct from the website! Tia, I believe her name is, is not very helpful at all, just saying the package is not available - what is it doing as showing as available on your website then? If this happened once, could believe it, but every single quote I have tried to book? I think not. Suffice to say, whilst I appreciate some people may well have had a good experience, I certainly have not, and will not bother to search on the website again - what is the point, you can't actually book anything you get quoted!
