I booked a holiday to Florida with perfect holidays, when Thomas Cook crashed Chris was there at the end of the phone and their were a lot of phone calls, he sorted everything out for us, was always there, we had a fantastic holiday, bst place on earth.

After losing our holiday due to the Thomas cook collapse and not being able to rebook due to price increases, I had given hope of going, then by chance we spoke to Chris at perfect holidays who found us a like for like holiday at no extra cost. I was very nervous about booking but Chris was fantastic and very patient considering I must have phoned 4/5 times for reassurance. Had a brilliant time and will defo use again. Bravo Perfect holidays.

We had our wedding in Las Vegas last month and most of our family booked with
Mel. Everything worked out perfectly despite new flights having to be booked due to the issues with Thomas Cook. Mel absolutely kept me calm during all of this, despite how busy she was and got us all sorted quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using for our next holiday!

We booked an 8 night stay in vegas. Booking the holiday was simple and communication was great to start with. 4 months after booking we received a call to say we could no longer book the flights we picked as they weren't available.... so nothing had actually been booked!
After full payment was made all communication vanished. It took 8 emails, several weeks and making a complaint before I received my confirmation.

After they have your money they dont care!

After getting left with no holiday because of thomas cook i came across perfect holidays threw internet.They wr very helpfull with booking me another holiday to vegas even got me same hotel everything was spot on.Believe it or not it was cheaper too , i had a perfect holiday would use again no problem.

I wanted to book a surprise holiday to Vegas for my husbands 50th
Chris contacted me and talked me through everything he was brilliant and made everything so easy, so that I booked it there and then.

We have been going to America since 2011. We have just returned from this year's holiday. The last 6 years I have booked through Perfect Holidays. I wont use anybody else now.
Mel was the first agent we made contact with to book our holiday back in 2014. Every year now we just contact her via email with some dates and preferable airlines and our Perfect Holiday is booked. They cannot be beaten on price for our holidays (believe me I tried to find a better price the first two years and couldn't!!) I don't even bother to look at any other company now.
Mel is absolutely amazing and emails are quickly responded to. We book about 10 months in advance and pay the deposit . You then have until 10 weeks before the holiday to pay the balance which helps with budgeting and makes the holiday of your dreams affordable.
I am so confident in this company that I have no concerns with referring friends and family to them

Just back from a Fab holiday in Orlando. What can I say, Mel was fantastic from start to finish. Helpful every step of the way, quick to answer e-mails and always at hand with good advice. We had our flights originally with TC. So you can imagine how busy Mel was with dealing with customers in the same position as myself. Her level of service did not falter, and alternative flights were sourced which fitted our plans, we did not even have to change flight dates. I would highly recommend Perfect Holidays and would not hesitate in using them in the future.

After searching the internet for weeks and comparing prices I decided to go with perfect holidays. And I was very pleased I did too. I rang the number and spoke to Chris and booked it there and then. He explained everything to me, and weeks later when I had to amend my booking I left a message and he called straight back and sorted everything. It’s so nice to be able to speak to a real person. I’m off to Vegas next year and it’ll definitely be with Perfect Holidays.

After Tomas Cook going into liquidation and loosing this holiday we booked with lastminute.com who also cancelled on us the night before departure, but they keep the money and this took 10 days to be returned, I was very nervous about booking another holiday. Mel was brilliant and put us at ease by explaining that perfect holidays look at flights and hotels in real time and seats were allocated on our flights there and then. Mel also had knowledge of the destination and suggested the perfect hotel us. This all took place at 10pm and she even sent an email at 11:30pm to say all was completed and confirmed and for us to have a good nights slept. I will definitely be booking another holiday with Mel and Perfect Holidays.

After having an amazing experience with perfect holidays for our trip to Florida in 2018 i decided to contact them again to see if they were able to help us create a bespoke West Coast US roadtrip holiday for 2019. As always nothing is any trouble and they worked so hard on helping us create exactly what we wanted.

Mel was fantastic through the whole process giving advice on her own experiences as well as always listening to us. Working together we created an itinerary. Customer service skills are A+++
