Our travel agent Mel booked us exactly what we were looking for in Las vegas . The communication was brilliant and I will in doudt book again. . The hotel was perfect for me and my son , the rooms were cleaned daily , and the beds were comfy . Thanks Mel for this amazing experience

We went to Orlando. Unfortunately we had to come home early because of a family breavement. Mel was tremondous in re arranging our flights back home. We felt she was like a family member and has also kept in touch after we came home. I would recommend Perfect Holiday to anyone and we cant thank you enough Mel.

Chris helped us every step of the way with booking our holiday. We went to Vegas in May and had a bad experience with TUI excursions. I was then looking on a comparison website and came across Perfect Holidays. I have to admit at the beginning I was a little skeptical as I’d never heard of this company before, but before I know it I’d dropped Chris and email and we were discussing prices. Chris was very helpful and quick to reply, and we booked the holiday the same day. It was the best price we could find and Chris was very quick and efficient in giving us the right price. I then phoned Chris in order to book the holiday and pay a deposit which I think was £200 for both of us. Chris explained everything on the phone and within half an hour of booking I had all my documents emailed to be, including the ATOL certificate which put my mind at ease. Within a few weeks my documents and hotel voucher was sent to my home address and there was also a dine 4 less card thrown in which was great. I then paid off the complete balance over the phone with Chris again and everything was sorted. When getting to the hotel we received a few upgrade with a view of the strip. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Perfect Holidays, as Chris was so helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. The whole process was so easy and with the massive range of destinations and brilliant prices I’m now already looking for my next one! Big thank you to Chris for all his help!

Historically I have always booked my own holidays by finding my own flights and accommodation, however I recently used Perfect Holidays to book a trip to Las Vegas.
I liaised with Chris and the service was excellent. He was really knowledgeable about the location and gave me lots of advice and some hints and tips about once I got to Vegas.
The days leading up to Vegas I had further questions and nothing was too much trouble.
The whole process was easy and we had an amazing holiday, our best yet - I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. THANK YOU!!

I have tried to book Vegas deal I got quoted online 5 times for 1052 for 2 people. I got told then this was an error on the website and they couldn’t honour it?

But at the same time, the website is still incorrect!!!

Watch these guys. The prices they advertise are not close to what they can offer.

We were recommended by a friend and have to say that Melanie was very helpful and competitive in finding our holiday to Florida. The only downside for us was our villa and the management company used. Our villa had a broken bed on our arrival, a broken sun lounger and lack of them (2 between a party of 10) and a big hole in our pool screen roof. Our pool heating was not turned on for 2 days despite being paid for at the time of booking. We then had another couple of issues with the electrical sockets and outside lighting. Only some of these issues were addressed by the management company during our stay. Other neighbouring villas had plenty of outside furniture and were in a better condition. This may be an owner issue as the villa is lovely and in a great location but the outside pool area is looking tired now. (Windsor Hills 2591) One final note that when I advised Melanie of the issue with the pool heating, she was straight on to it and advised me that 2 days heating had been refunded. No issues whatsoever with Perfect Holidays but this villa needs some attention should they continue to use it.

We found perfect holidays through moneysupermarket.com. we were searching for a holiday to Vegas to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. the price was so competitive. Melanie was amazing. She was very helpful and answered any queries we had very promptly. The whole trip went really smoothly and we had an amazing time. We will definitely book again with perfect holidays.
