Booked Vegas with Chris for my wife's 40th birthday, great value and top class holiday, Perfect Holidays were easy to deal with and very helpful, would recommend

The quote I got could not be substantiated. Was quoted over £300 more than they originally did, information sent when I asked for information was over complex and sketchy, not impressed, sounds like the original quote may have been a fabrication?

Would definitely recommend perfect holidays .. simple ease free booking from start to finish .. had a fab time in Vegas and will def book again 👍

Chris was amazing we had a fabulous holiday and would like to book another.
I would recommend tickets were sent out to us weeks before the holiday. We were very satisfied with the experience of booking.

When we decided to look into a holiday to Florida this company was recommended by a work friend. They provided us with Melanie’s details and we are so pleased with her from day one. I had lots and lots of questions as it was our first trip and she was happy to help with them all over many emails. She took the stress right out of planning the holiday. Melanie provided lots of different options for us and was so knowledgeable. She found the cheapest, best direct flights with virgin who were brilliant. A week before the trip we were upgraded from a condo to a private villa so we were thrilled. The villa was in Windsor palms Kissimmee. It was huge, clean and had its own pool as well as having the communal pool and bar etc. It was a short drive to Disney and universal. Melanie also organised our hire car. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Thank you

It was the first time we used the Perfect Holidays and we are already looking at booking with them again. Melanie was so helpful when organising our holiday to Thailand. She organised and suggested the hotels which were beautiful, the flights and transport. We highly recommend booking your holiday with them.

We have just got back from 2 weeks in Florida and cant recommend Perfect Holidays enough.
Its the first time we have used the Perfect Holidays but will not be the last!
Melanie was our sales consultant who organised absolutely everything perfectly down to flights accommodation car hire Disney park tickets and even top rated rides.
Every was made so easy using Perfect Holiday's.

I have never booked a holiday before, I needed to book a holiday for 5 adults and 2 children (Aged 6 and 7).
Melanie from Perfect Holidays was amazing, she walked me though the whole experience making it much less scarier than I originally thought.
I've never had to book a holiday abroad, let alone for so many people. Even when everything went wrong with the flights that we had booked for 'Thomas Cook', which was not something they could control, Melanie already had things set in place for us to save us from panicking.
We dont go away very often, it takes a lot of time and money to same up for such a big holiday. But I know if I need to book to go away in the future I will be using Perfect Holidays and Melanie again.
We all had a wonderful time.

Accommodation,
Car Hire,
Pool Hire,
Park Tickets,
and then help with things like ESTA's, insurance paperwork and other forms.
All these things we booked or got help with from Perfect Holidays when I didn't know what to do.

Isn't it great when you can speak to some one who has so much experience.... who arranges everything and then you have such a great time, you forget to say 'Thank you'..... But a BIG thank you for the advise, the organisational skills, but also the honesty! Nothing was a problem, everything went smoothly. Flawless!!

Fantastic Holiday Again!!
We have now used Chris from perfect holidays again to arrange our holiday in Orlando.
Chris is very knowledgeable in all aspects of accommodation including hotels, villas and condos. We have always had lovely hotels and on our last holiday we even got a free upgrade from condo to villa with a pool as we had our flight cancelled with the Thomas Cook collapse. We spoke to Chris and he immediately arranged another flight so we could still have our holiday.
We would recommend Perfect Holidays to anyone wishing to have a great holiday that is both arranged perfectly and very reasonably priced.
We will now never book with anyone else but Perfect Holidays...Amazing service !!!

Booked a holiday to Barbados with perfect holidays. What can I say, Meanie did everything for us didn’t have to worry about a thing even though we were flying with Thomas Cook and there was a crisis, the measure of a great company is how it’s staff react under pressure. Melanie our senior advisor assured us there would not be a problem she had already arranged alternative flights immediately. Melanie kept in touch every step of the way, even on her day of. Perfect Holidays was recommened to me by a collegue and I am so happy to have been introduced to Mel! She was ever so helpful, patient and informative throughout the booking process. It isn’t easy trying to make your ‘honeymoon’ dreams come true but with the help and recommendations from Mel we had an amazing 2 weeks away. 5 night in Dubai followed by 10 nights in Paradise, Maldives! I lost count on how many times I bothered Mel and asked her to compare prices for different hotels / resorts and rooms available. She did it all without one negative comment. I am now hoping to book our next trip away with Mel. Would 100% recommend using the company.
