My partner and I have been using perfect holidays for the past couple of years and in particular I can’t thank Richard enough for his personal service especially during these extreme circumstances. We are all in these unique times together and although Richard/perfect holidays are just the middle people they have been upfront an honest during every step of the limited information being provided to them from the holiday/airline company’s. Once we resume to more normality in the UK and beyond, Richard will be the first person I contact to arrange our next trip. Stay safe, Matt

I have been using Perfect Holidays for several years and the main reason is because of Mel Sassienie. I have a trip booked in June, and during these very uncertain times Mel has kept me fully updated of what is happening. Mel is so knowledgeable and helpful, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I look forward to the Coronavirus getting under control and everything getting back to normal soon. I’d like to say thanks again Mel for your help and support during these difficult times.

Perfect Holidays have advised me that I cannot have a refund on my package holiday, only a credit voucher. This in contradiction of law, and advice by ABTA and the CMA. Their own T&C, which they sent me at the time of booking, even state they will refund. After numerous calls and misinformation I’ve now been waiting 9 days for a manager to contact me and have had no response to my last 2 emails and my phone call chasing a response. The Perfect Holidays website states they are prioritising customer contact by departure date, but I am due to travel today and I’ve had no written confirmation that the holiday has been cancelled despite specifically requesting this. I will not be using this company again.

These frauds are the equivelent to the corner shop selling toilet rolls and hand sanitisor for 15 pounds each.

Awful company. Holiday cancelled due to covid-19 and zero help from Richard at Perfect Holidays. Refused refund and suggested only chance of refund is through insurance. Despite having over 2k of my money continues to fob me off with excuses and lies. Fully regret ever booking with this disgraceful company. Look elsewhere and find a reputable company that respect the terms and conditions of the booking. Avoid at all costs.

Holiday cancelled due to corona virus. No correspondence from the company at all. We are constantly ringing trying to speak to someone and get told lie after lie including that we are not entitled to any sort of refund and that they have changed their terms and conditions tobsuit their needs . Pushy. Talk over you. Rude. They currently have over 4000 of our money. No mention of a refund just pushing for us to rebook and pay extra!! We are so upset by the service.

Chris from perfect holidays was amazing!! Booked a holiday to Vegas in February 2020. First time going to Vegas and got married in Vegas!! Chris told me upfront about any extra costs and was very professional and Helpful with any issues or queries . I had the best holiday and wedding! Thank you very much made fabulous memories and will be booking with perfect holidays again! Thanks Chris 😊

Good price had a few problems caused by us it was our fault but chris help sort them out without any fuss or stress so a big thanks and we will be using them for the 4th time soon

Holiday cancelled due to Coronavirus. No correspondence received surrounding issue, this had to be initiated by customer.

Insurance company instructed us that Perfect Holidays were legally obligated to refund us the money. There has been no response to email regarding this.

No one seems to answer the phone or respond to any urgent emails - struggling to get an adequate answer regarding this trip totalling over £3,000.

Booked two tickets with them. When booking the tickets, it stipulated the luggage allowance of 40Kg per ticket. After booking had a confirmation email sent to me stipulating 40Kg Allowance for my tickets. A week later received the actual tickets with 30kg luggage allowance.

Emailed my issue in the nicest possible manner. Received an email back from Justin who confirmed the mistake and advised that the management will resolve this issue. Since then I have not heard anything and its now coming up to a month, spoke to the customer services department at least 20-30 times. From Justin, to Jayesh to Alice & Ashok and so many that I don’t even know the names of. All make big promises that they will help and someone will call back. I hear absolutely nothing back. No managers to speak to as they are always away from their seats.

To make matters more interesting I requested a refund because of their in ability to honours their end of the contract, only to be told that we can only offer you the tax of circa £150 back.

Contacted Qatar Airways for Refund who said that the can issue the full refund but only to the travel agents. These crooks are not even answering the phone now.

Generally all the staff follow the same script " dont worry sir we will resolve the issue and call you back" and then no one has the decency to at least call you.

Good quote matching most comparison sites although perfect holidays are honest about all luggage and fees upfront so very competitively priced was put onto chris through a friend and will be looking at booking for next years holiday very soon had a great time in florida everything was taken care of

Virgin advised they can refund should perfect holidays speak to them, but told by Perfectholidays, Virgin have closed their phone lines.

Very pushy to have us rebook, speaks over us on the phone. Whole situatuon has been exacerabted by terrible customer service.

Company outright refuse to refund despite being legaly obligated to so do. Please steer clear.

I’ve booked two family holiday’s with Chris to Orlando in Florida, March 2019 and February 2020. I highly recommend anyone to book with Chris, fantastic prices and such a pleasure to speak to and very responsive to any emails or messages.

We’ve been so lucky to be able to have our family holiday this year, it’s absolutely devastating what’s happening around the world my thoughts are with everyone! I will do everything in my power to support our holiday industry and I know that I will be booking with you again Chris for our holiday in 2021. I would feel safe enough to know you would have our best interests at heart.

Great Vegas Trip
Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Las Vegas and I would like to thank Chris at Perfect Holidays who helped me throughout the holiday planning. He organized the trip and explained all the information I required to help me relax to know everything was arranged. I contacted him several times with queries and he was always available to help me. I would certainly recommend Perfect Holidays to all my family and friends.

Used Chris 3 times now and always been good prices,,flights and no issues,
This year we was due to fly back saturday night which our first flight got moved to saturday morning, meaning we lost that morning,
tried calling and emailed and heard nothing so left flights as they was,
was a little annoying tho as no contact just a letter before we flew,
apart from that we’ve never had any issues as such,
would recommend altho the price online has never been the price we paid; it’s always been a £100+ more than quoted, which is still the lowest we’ve found tho!

I have been dealing with Mel for many years and she is amazing! One call giving her the destination and dates and she comes back with the perfect holiday. highly recommend her

Had a very good quote for vegas, than at last minute got stung by APD which added nearly £200 pound to the total ,it was still a decent quote though,

Just returned from our Florida holiday arranged by Chris at Perfect Holidays. Price of holiday was the best I found (and believe me I looked at many) and all costs were given to me in our initial conversation. There were no nasty surprises along the way! The hotel, Avanti Palms, was clean and had everything we needed. Chris gave me lots of tips and spent time talking things through. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I used Perfect Holidays to book my holiday to Las Vegas in 2019, I was initally dubious as the price was a lot lower than I could find anywhere else, and some reviews on here are suggestive that they are not 100% kosher as Chris and Mel do appear an awful lot. Having now been on said holiday, I hope I can reassure you that this company are exactly as they say on the tin. Yes, the price on the site may not exactly reflect the price when you come to book, but its not far out and in my opinion it was still by far the best deal around. I dealt with Mel and she was fantastic, had all the details sorted quickly and even gave superb aftercare. I missed the date in which to pay the remainder after the deposit and she worked hard to make sure my booking wasn't cancelled. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them, ignore the reviews querying their genuity. Real deal and you wont be disappointed.
