Thoroughly recommended.
Mel has helped us with our holiday bookings a few times now and she has been absolutely wonderful. Her latest hotel recommendation was perfect, and she always manages to find us the best value flights. She always responds quickly to any questions and the booking process is clear and simple. I won't be go anywhere else for a package holiday!

So we randomly found them on google and we called up and spoke to Mel, we wanted to go to Vegas and once she gave us an amazing price , my partner always knew my real dream was New York, so asked what the cost was and once we was told the price which was something I thought would be per person rather than for both of us we couldn’t refuse! Mel was SO helpful she gave us all the hint and tips for getting around the cheapest way and where is best to go at what times… and then covid hit! Everything was cancelled and we was devastated we might lose our money as it was only a month before we was meant to go! I called Mel and she said not to worry she will suspend the holiday so we don’t looser any money and when we are ready (world was ready!) we can just call back and re plan again… which was the best news, well not the best but the fact we could still
Go and no extra fees was amazing! So once everything was ok ish! We rebooked again… then lock down number 2 happened! So again it was suspended , no extra costs just put on hold until we was ready to rebook again… so finally we rebooked to go feb 2022… the whole lead up I was very panicky I wouldn’t do the covid tests or forms right or I would miss something and not be able to fly but Mel was litterally on hand all the time she sent over all the docs to help me understand what I had to do and when, she always answered the phone and of not called me back that day, she was so genuine to talk to and really made us excited to go to New York, the hotel was lovely the location was perfect! The flights were perfect times. Next step is now to book our honeymoon and I will NEVER go anywhere else to book my holidays! It’s was stress free even with all the covid issues. Amazing service with an amazing holiday! Thank you so much

New York. Perfect Holidays you have been fantastic. We first booked our holiday May 2019 to New York for the following year (2020). Due to COVID it was cancelled a few times but we just rebooked rather than have a refund . I couldn’t of asked for a better service. Mel you have been amazing . I can’t thank you enough for keeping us updated and helping with everything we needed to know . Always on the other end of the phone or email. Thanks again Mel.
Never ever book your travel with PH Travels!
Never ever book your travel with Perfect holidays, I book a ticket with them to travel to Dubai, which I had to cancel due to Covid. On the ticket it says the ticket is refundable but when I tried to rebook my flight for the same destination and travel from the same airport as the original ticket. They told me the difference I had to be £300 which is equivalent to a new booking. This means if I want to redeem the voucher the total price for the ticket will be £800+ for the same flight which should cost no more than £400 for return. Should I which to cancel and request a refund the total amount they are going to refund back to me is £53.97. Please do not book your travel with them, I have now raised my complaint with the authorities.

I've booked a holiday with Perfect Holidays. Jordan was very helpful. He listened to our requirements and he offered us plenty of options. A great price, and he was easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend booking with Perfect Holidays.

So many unexpected twists and turns in this holiday booking, airlines going into administration and cancelling routes, world pandemics ….no fault of perfect holidays whatsoever and the way it handled by them under these circumstances and volume of enquiry’s was exceptional, questions emails were answered in rapid time - all credit to Mel who was a pleasure to deal and helped us every step of the way (thank you) …we would highly recommend perfect holidays!

We booked our dream holiday to Orlando for 2020 back in 2019. We decided to book with Perfect Holidays mainly due to cost as they were most competitive at the time. At the time of booking we dealt with an advisor who left the company and our booking was then passed over to be managed by Mel.
At the beginning, the communication with Mel was very little but this soon changed once Covid hit in early 2020. Our holiday was booked for March and amongst all the uncertainly and upheaval, Mel reached out via email to offer solutions. We decided to rebook for March 2021 and Mel couldn’t have been more helpful and patient as we asked to change our booking from a hotel to a villa. After requesting and viewing lots of different accommodation, Mel and I spoke on the phone to sort the finer details. At that point we’d only paid for our deposit and flight cost so the money moved over to the new booking with the balance due early 2021.
Mel then reached out again in late 2020 to give us options as the borders were not open and we weren’t certain we’d fly. Again she was most helpful, polite and patient as we asked lots of various questions.
Early 2021 we moved our March booking to May 2021 which was cancelled only a few weeks ago. Initially I requested a refund and was told an admin fee would be charged which I disputed and was then offered a full refund.
Despite this I would 100% rebook with Perfect Holidays - having read the other reviews I can understand why customers are disgruntled with admin fees which shouldn’t be charged due to the present circumstances but Mel really is a shining star - her patience and willingness to help has meant we’ll definitely rebook in the future.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, refused to admit our holiday to Florida was cancelled - Had to call AirCanada to find out that our flight wasn’t operating. No voucher offered, just told I could ring back and book before Dec 2022, they’ll no doubt be out of business by then though! They wanted £300 to ‘apply’ for a refund (admin costs!!) so contacted card company and was successfull through CHARGEBACK. Now got EVERY PENNY and will never use them again, cheap prices but very very dodgy.

Booked our holiday to vagas got cancelled due to covid , the email Mel sent my husband was very unprofessional (in the wrong job) eventually got refund but they deducted £100 for admin fees for transferring our money back , will never use this rubbish site again but trust me I’ll get that £100 back name and shame ??? Avoid at all costs! The worst customer service! Total and utter scum bags and liars! Trying to avoid refunding at all costs not helpful constantly chasing up! Very poor would NOT recommend!!! Missing £150 from my refund and they are refusing to give it back which I am entitled too! Total scam!

The proportion of excellent reviews for this company is making me rock with laughter.
They do not communicate with customers. Not even to tell you your holiday is cancelled. And certainly not about refunding your c a s h.
If one hundredth as much effort had been spent by the company servicing its customers as must have been spent by happy customers posting reviews on Trustpilot, then it would be a major improvement.

Terrible service -now reported to the CMA
Terrible service. Holiday to Miami on 2nd May was cancelled and when asking for a refund we were told that the airline was only offering a credit voucher. Contacted the airline who said this wasn’t the case and we were entitled to a refund. Contacted perfect holidays and they say they will only refund with £100 per person admin fee. They are now ignoring all correspondence. I have now reported them to the Competition and markets authority using their online complaints form on the government website and would encourage other customers in the same position to do the same

Think twice before booking with Tina...
I can not comment on all employees or the company as a whole however my experience of Perfectholidays has been less than perfect.
After booking my holiday at a great price to Vegas as a surpise for Valentines Day with Tina, I have recieved none of the great customer service that I read about in all the other reviews.
Initially I had tried to contact Tina to understand if I could pay to select/upgrade my seats on our flight. After countless emails, calls and voicemails in February I gave up hope of getting a response and did this direct with United Airlines. Locating my booking on their site.
Following the Covid 19 Pandemic I again tried to get in contact with Tina to understand our options in regards to our holidays, after even more emails, calls and voicemails and no response from Tina I again resorted to getting in touch with United Airlines. Surprisingly I was unable to locate my flight anymore on their website. After contacting United and recieving an immediate response they advised, and I quote "It appears that there was a ticketing time limit on the reservation. In this instance it may be that the flights were never paid for and the space was cancelled. There are no active flights at all in the reservation, and a ticket was never issued for any flight".
Due to the lack of response from Tina I made the decision to cancel our holiday, surprisingly on sending this email I recieved a call from Tina the following day.
There was no apology for lack of response previously or even an attempt at trying to reassure me about my booking or to stop me from cancelling my booking. I was simply greeted with "what can I do for you, I can assure you this is booked and you will loose your deposit if you cancel". Needless to say I have lost all confidence in Tina and perfect holidays and continued with the cancellation of our holiday.
I was advised that I would recieve confirmation of my cancellation within 72hrs. The exact date was the 26th May. I am still awaiting this confirmation not that I am surprised.
Got exact what i wanted at the best price i could find.
Everything that was said to me was delivered, price, inclusions, extras, procedures, help, visa requirements, standard of room etc. There was even a problem with reserved seats being cancelled by the airline but they sorted it.
This was the most expensive holiday we've booked so far and to do it with a company you've never heard of I was definitely nervous about. However, I needn't have been and there was no pushy sales either. They gave me the best price after a lot of research and i'm happy I booked with them.
Brillisnt company
We have 2 holidays to USA this year. Both now cancelled due to covid. Cant thank Mel enough for her keeping us informed of what is going on. Will definitely be booking with Mel again as soon as it is safe to do so.
