Where to Start, Firstly Mel was amazing throughout. Booking Vegas for our wedding was a real challenge. It had been cancelled twice due to Covid and I honestly felt like Mel was there to guide us through what to do.

Mel felt like having a friend at the end of the phone. I could be a pain in the Ar$% sometimes with the worry of it all but I didn't need to worry. When more and more people wanted to come I had no hesitation in asking Mel to look for bookings. When I had people that were worried about flying alone Mel changed the whole thing and got us all on the same flights. My experience with this company was one of joy. I will definitely be using them and Mel again for all future trips.

My wedding was stunning and although Mel didn't book this, her experience of airlines and way she manage to work around organisations in America was unbelievable. The wedding wouldn't have worked without her help

Once again I used the travel agency Perfecthollidays and my favourite agent Malana. This time it was Dubai. As usual Malanie offered me 3 hotels with full professionalism. We decided for Sofitel Marina with full board and transfer to and from airport. Hotel and location perfect. Thank you Perfectholidays and Malana for another good holiday thanks to you. We had a fantastic time in New York. The hotel that Mel found exceeded my expectations, good size room and even a small gym to work off the over size portions. Mel found us a good price and will definitely use her for my next trip.

Terrible customer service. I spoke to a man named Rocky over the phone who continued to try to sell me a holiday I didn't want. When I politely told him I was going to leave it as it was not what I wanted, he offered me discount and was very rude when I said I still didn't want to book anything. He then called me back 10 minutes later with a terrible attitude.

I booked a holiday with Mel pre covid and it had to be all cancelled, Mel sorted it all out for me and was fantastic in keeping me informed. I decided to re book the trip after things calmed down and Mel arranged all
Of it for us, as it was a large group of 9 Mel handled it all with ease. She always kept me informed of any changes etc and was so helpful. We first got in contact with Mel back in 2019 when we booked our honeymoon to las vegas. We were due to go end September 2020 but obviously covid had other ideas. Mel was fantastic in keeping us updated and changing our dates twice because of the restrictions. We have finally had our honeymoon which was truly amazing. Fantastic customer service and easy to contact by phone and email, call back when they say they will. Holiday had to be rearranged twice and they were able to get us the best deals, at one point changing our flight as they looked into it more and found a direct flight cheaper. Highly recommend,

Booked with Mel an Orlando holiday back in 2019 but was cancelled due to COVID twice but have just got back from an Amazing holiday. We had a problem on the day we were due to go (my fault) and had to come home from the airport. Mel was on her own holiday but picked up my desperate email plea and within hours she had us rebooked for two days later. We can’t thank her enough as she went completely out of her way to ensure we were finally able to go. Even messaging me to make sure we had got through security!! Real personal experience and we won’t be booking through anyone else. Thanks so much Mel

Mel at Perfect Holidays is brilliant we booked a holiday that Mel planned for us for my 60th pre covid to Florida that had to be moved numerous times and Mel was fantastic with every change and finally it happened!!!

Everything went to plan and every aspect was perfect and we had no issues with anything.

Mel listened to what we wanted and planned the Perfect holiday for us we went to Miami then the Keys and finally orlando so 3 hotels car and flights were arranged.

I have booked via travel agents many times and Mel has been the best one we have ever used, even through covid with all the issues with travel she was amazing keeping us updated with every change we cannot recommend anyone higher than Mel she is fantastic.

Well we finally got our holiday , after 3 failed attempts to Las Vegas and San Francisco , we went on our 4 th attempt due to covid ! We just returned back 10 days ago and it was well worth the wait !
Big thanks to Melanie Sassienie for being so patient , always keeping us informed and helping us every step of the way even when we were being awkward and annoying , sand always being so professional and answering emails very promptly even when they were stupid ones lol !

This is the 2nd time we have travelled to Florida with Perfect Holidays and they did not disappoint! I will not recommend this travel company to anyone. Booked tickets long time ago and when cancelled from airline. We had to deal with all the issues of rebooking and on top of all that they deducted money out of all five tickets we booked.

We originally booked our holiday in 2019 but had to rearrange 4 times because of COVID. It’s been a strange and difficult time for so many people and companies. But we always found Melanie to be helpful, patient and really informative. Nothing was too much trouble and her response to any questions was always really prompt. We finally got to Florida in February and had an amazing time. I would wholly recommend this tour operator
