Mel has been amazing! Our family holiday to Florida was booked 2 years ago but due to COVID was postponed twice. On every occasion Mel was brilliant at finding us the best available flights and always kept us up to date on changes to COVID restrictions and on US entry requirements as well as changes to fast passes etc to the various parks. I have already recommended Mel to other family members who, no doubt, will receive the same wonderful, stress free experience, when booking their trip just like we had.

This is the second booking I have made through Mel at Perfect Holidays, and once again everything was brilliant from start to finish! We originally booked for August 2020, however all this had to change due to the pandemic and Mel was on hand to sort all of this out without hesitation. The deal we got was excellent value for money, and every aspect of our trip was planned perfectly. Mel was always on hand at any point to answer any questions and help us when we needed it- she even managed to sort an issue with online check in the day before our flight!

I would recommend this company without hesitation, and will no doubt be using their services again in the future- thank you for all your help!

This was our first time using Perfect Holidays. First booked for a trip to Orlando for 2020 but this was postponed and then again in 2021. Finally got away in 2022 having dealt with Melanie. She was excellent throughout, keeping in touch with us and adding personal touches. My son ended up booking the same holiday and she manged to get us all on the same flights and same hotel. When the COVID testing rules for USA changed, Mel emailed us to let us know which was an added service. I would definitely have no hesitation in booking again with Mel. She is an asset to the company.

Iv been booking dream holidays with Mel for 10 + years. Each one has been amazing. Luxury hotels, excellent service from start to finish. I normally do multi locations in one holiday. Mels excellent travel knowledge keeps me right in what order to do everything. My latest holiday to Dubai & Bali was amazing lots of chill time, exploring and party time it was perfect. Roll on the next adventure.

We were served by Liam at the birkenhead store. He is very good at his job he listened to what we wanted and found us our perfect honeymoon. Very patient with me, gave us ideas and picked up on what we wanted. I work in retail my self and there is nothing worse than people not listening or responding to requests. Been two weeks since i sent an email with this complaint that my flights had been changed with no notice from perfect holidays, they have said they will get back to me.

So I have checked my flights on the Virgin Atlantic app and it seems that my return flight is from Salt Lake City Utah and not las vegas, I have emailed Perfect Holidays about this, glad i spotted this as I would have been stranded at las vegas airport trying to get on my return flight which is now from salt lake city utah for some reason.

So i have checked on delta airlines and now my return flights are from las vegas to salt lake city then to jfk new york and then to manchester uk, no update from perfect holidays about this.

So i have had a phone call today regarding the rescheduling and it turns out an email was sent to me but was in my spam folder. This has now been rectfied so I am raising to 4 stars.

I booked a trip to Las Vegas for me and my friend in late November, after going through Travelsupermarket comparison I stumbled onto perfectholidays which offered the cheapest quote for the Luxor. After adding extras and luggage it will still reasonable so we booked it.

I received my holiday confirmation email, about a week later I have now received an email saying my flights need to be rescheduled and I need to contact perfect holidays. I have rang them twice now over two days and spoke to what appears to be sales agents who kept asking me if I wanted to book a holiday, I told him I already have! I need to talk to you about rescheduling my flights. Anyway he wasn't helpful at all assuming because there was no commission in it he didn't want to bother and told me to ring back tomorrow as customer services isn't in at the moment ask for Jack.

I have rang back today about 11:00am and was pretty much given the same excuse that customer services wasn't available, So how am I meant to get this sorted if I cannot speak to anyone! there is only one number which takes you to the same person as I rung back again as he put me on hold. I asked for them to ring back and he took my name and number still waiting now for a reply.

I'm not impressed so far I have not been able to speak to anyone regarding a reschedule but they make it apparent in the email they are not responsible for a 'No Response' well I've rung you and you haven't been able to deal with the issue at all.

We have booked 2 holidays recently with Mel at Perfect Holidays. She arranged flights, transfers and accommodations at GF Victoria in Tenerife and Alexander The Great in Paphos. Everything went smoothly on both holidays and we can highly recommend using her. Many thanks. Linda & Martin

We have now gone through Mel twice to book our 3 week trip to Orlando.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.
She is very professional, and nothing is too much of an ask.
I struggled linking our tickets to my disney app so i could book parks etc.
Mel was there straight away to help me with this.
Thank you so much Mel and i look forward to booking again with you in the future.

Mel at Perfect Holidays arranged our stay at the Alexander the Great Hotel for us. A beautiful hotel with many amenities. Mel is an excellent agent and is very thorough in her work at Perfect holidays. 5 stars well deserved.
