No Delivery? ordered on 22 Feb…

Ordered cat food and litter on 22 Feb 2023. No sign of my order in sight.

In the past, Perromart was good. Sent me email updates of when order was packed, shipped, delivered. This time all is silent.

Lodged 2 tickets to request for order status updates. All so quiet.

My credit card was been charged though but no cat food and litter has been delivered.
Rang the hotline but immediately heard a robotic voice to tell the caller know that no phone calls were being entertained due to staff being very busy answering emails.

What's happening?

Waiting for over 2 Months

Ordered on 20 Dec 2022 and today its 23rd Feb 2023. More than 2 months waiting for delivery.

I first placed my order PM561XXX on the 20th Dec 2022. About a week later on the 28th Dec 2022 i contacted them requesting for updates on my order. On the 12th Jan 2023 they responded and mentioned that they will do a partial delivery and created a separate order number PM561XXXA to deliver my litter first as there was a delay in supply shipment for my wet food. I received my litter on the 18th Jan 2023. I was informed that for my wet food the new shipment number PM567XXX and that it was expected to be delivered by 27 Jan 2023 as per photo attached below. I waited still nothing. On the 4th Feb 2023 i emailed them once again on any updates for my wet food. On the 6th Feb 2023 they responded with there is no restocking of the item and decided to cancel. I waited since 20 Dec - 6 Feb for my wet food for it to be cancelled?? And the only refund i get is a store credit when i dont even wanna buy from this company anymore. I had no choice but to reorder using that store credit and purchase a different wet food brand. On the 7th Feb 2023 i replaced an order for my wet food PM574XXX. A week later on 14th Feb still nothing (why am i even surprised at this point) and they texted me saying they are moving warehouse and i was expected to receive my order between 20-27 Feb. On 21st Feb 2023 yet again another text on shipment delay and could only be delivered a week after 24th Feb 2023.

Goods not delivered. Calls not answered. Emails not replied. Searching for reasons on the Internet shows me the company has this so called "logistics problem" for months. And yet Perromart takes orders and charges customers as if it is businesses as usual. The company has turned into a scammer!

Dishonest action

Wth! Is going on with perromart. I have been loyalty purchasing online never had I have this issue before. I’ve placed an ordered since 6th feb’23 however there’s more then a weeks delayed. So I mass emailed immediately but there’s no reply until I received their WhatsApp message states “Dear perromart customer, Thank you for your purchase! With regards to your order PMxxxxxx, we will resume picking and packing from 20-Feb-2023 onwards and you should receive your order by 27-Feb-23. As we are in the midst of moving warehouses this week, kindly do not head down to our warehouse to self-collect as our stocks are in transit and we will not be able to assist you. Our new address will be announced once we have fully moved in and settled down. Thank you for your continuous support!”

I replied them through WhatsApp for full cancellation and to do a full refund, however they stop replying my request.

Perromart your action has lodged a report against you. Thank you!

Worst online retailer experienced

Ordered on 31/122022, no update at all on my order status. Multiple calls and emails to them fell to deaf ears. Cant cancel order as well. Reached out to bank for dispute and pending their reply. Out of sudden today 2/2/2023 received an email from this trash seller updating my order is packed and ready to deliver. What crap is this! I have replied them to demand cancellation/refund. Will never buy from them again.

Delays in shipping can go up to 1…

Delays in shipping can go up to 1 month. This is the second time this has happened, and it is literally impossible to contact them as they don't pick up calls and don't reply to emails. You cannot even cancel your order because you must contact them to cancel it.

LATE DELIVERY AND NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered on 12/01/2023 and I noticed that my account page the order details are missing. I promptly emailed them about it and a couple of more times since they still did not reply.

Then, I finally received my order today on 31/01/2023 BUT some of the items are missing. Naturally, I emailed them again and honestly I'm expecting to not receive any reply from them again.

If after 7 working days, I still have yet to receive any reply from them, I will have to raise a dispute form to get my damn money back.

In short, I will NEVER purchase items from them anymore. Very, extremely disappointed with their terribly abysmal service. Just what the hell happened to them?

So I’ve placed an order on the 7th Jan 2023 and up till today 30th Jan 2023 my order hadn’t arrive. I’ve been ordering my cat foods with them for some time and always had efficient delivery time. Now I’m just truly disappointed.

Never use this shop

Like other fellow, I have placed an dog medicine order and paid on Jan 4th, and since then nothing happened after almost 4 weeks. No tracking update. No e-mail response nor no telephone answered. Please let me join if anyone claim for police report. Thank you.

I placed an order on 31/12/2022 and until today they did not update my status. Called and no one answer. Emailed many times, each time received an auto-reply and was given a ticket to resolve within 72 hours but never reply to my order.

I wanted to give zero stars cos it’s really a horrifying experience! Ordered the items on 4 Jan and immediately they said the items are out of stock (why didn’t they update their inventory) and after waiting patiently for another two weeks, still no sight and news of my order. Tried calling and contacting them no reply and responses. They even cut off their contact number. Left all customers hanging there.. with no food for our fur babies. Cheated our money and totally not ethical. Anyway I have file a case with CASE to get back my money. Never ever going to order from them again and I urged everyone not to order or purchase anything from them. Very unprofessional of them and I’m sure something must have happened to the company.

No delivery after 2 weeks. No response despite emails or calls

Ordered on 3 Jan 2023. Today its 18 Jan. No sign of them processing my order, though they charge against my card on 4 Jan. Will likely make a police report.
Emails and phone calls - only got automated responses.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PISSED OFF, OR GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF TRYING TO GET A REFUND.

They have been good for the past years…

They have been good for the past years until now. I too placed an order and it's stuck at ordered and after logging in they said it is confirmed. No reply from customer service and always got excuse of stock take etc. What's worse they are still sending promo emails and you can place orders of the stuffs I placed (meaning it will not be fulfilled). They should not take orders if goods are not available.

CHEATING COMPANY

PERROMART IS A COMPANY THAT WILL CHEAT YOUR MONEY. They replaced my cat’s sand without my permission and when I requested a refund, they insisted that I returned the sand. The driver have collected the sand and it’s been almost a week since. The customer service team is just ghosting me. WHAT THE F***
