Terrible experienece

Terrible experienece. Started purchasing cat food and snacks a few years back and i think they were very new then hence shipping was super speedy. Of late, delivery was extremely delayed. From one week and the most recent purchase, it has been more than 2 weeks and i havent received my order (as tho this is overseas shipping or they have to 'manufacture' the cans of cat food or snacks) and my order is still no where in sight. Contacted cust svc and has been days since they revert.

Horrible. Will try not to purchase any more of my cat's food/stuff from them anymore

I’m so furious now with Perromart

I’m so furious now with Perromart. This review about is to add on to my review 2 days ago.
I managed to get in touch with Perromart on 17.07.22 and the customer service got back to me on 18.07.22 to assure me that my order will reach me on 19.07.22, and said the phone call was so that I can manage my expectations.
It’s already past 10pm on 19.07.2022 and MY DELIVERY NEVER ARRIVED!
I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed!

Utterly disappointed with this store

Utterly disappointed with this store. They are unreliable and do not get back to you about issues which you have raised with them. I've been stuck overseas from 2020 and only returned to singapore this year. As such, i did not make any orders with Perromart as my dog was with me.

As a result of being an inactive user, Perromart automatically penalizes by taking away 1225 points which i have accumulated over the course of a few years. This is equivalent to a $25 voucher with all my current points.

I've been communicating with their customer agents who are unreliable and not sympathetic. The advise provided was for me is to write a review hence I'm writing a negative review to warn other customers about Perromart. Their supervisor 'Jamie' is the worst. He/she is supposed to call me back but has not done so and its been 3 days now since i raised this issue with them.

They pride themselves as being Pet and customer friendly which is utter rubbish. Such a sham of a company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HERE!

UNBELIEVABLE. How is it that an online retail shop has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE on weekends and public holidays? Are they really in retail?

I ordered dry food on PERROMART’s WEBSITE. When typing out the delivery address, instead of “10” I typed in “01”. Hence they couldn’t deliver the dry food last Tuesday as by the time the hotline got to me, the driver already left the area. The hotline then called back to say that they will deliver next fay, ie Wednesday. Wednesday came around > NO DELIVERY. I whatsapp’ed the business whatsapp number > NO REPLY > NO DELIVERY Thursday came around > NO DELIVERY. FRIDAY, PUBLIC HOLIDAY > We were very concerned as the dry food had run out. I whatsapp’ed again / SENT A NOTE ON WEBSITE > NO DELIVERY, NO REPLY.

Apparently THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. Very bizarre!

SATURDAY > NO DELIVERY / NO REPLY
SUNDAY > NO DELIVERY / NO REPLY

What kind of “business” is this??? Ghosting a customer and totally missing.

Then this Monday morning, they casually respond at 10am. TAKE YOUR TIME, PERROMART. Because what matters most IS YOUR CONVENIENCE. DON’t WORRY ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS OK!

A bunch of online messages which were so laissez faire and UNACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED.

MESSAGE REPLY #1 : Hi the messages are system generated and that is a bot, hence nobody will be receiving the messages
May we check if you have received your items?

> GREAT! They didn’t have to tell anyone it’s a bot! It’s so darn obvious with the ghosting!

Very slow delivery

Perromart should just stop with the 1-3 business days delivery promise if they are unable to keep it. Second time ordering and my second order is still not sent since my order got confirmed on 21 Feb 2022. I'm switching after this. Totally not recommended.

i bought a medical shampoo and it…

i bought a medical shampoo and it really works for my dog. I brought my dog to the Vet for skin problems and i shown her the medicated shampoo i got from perromart and with surprised that online have such shampoo as their clinic using the same brand. The boootm line is i save money for the cost of it.

Didn't deliver within 1-3 days

Ordered cat litter and wipes with Perromart as they claim to deliver within 1-3 days. Nothing was delivered. No notice or email that the delivery will be late. Still waiting for them to give me an update

Slow deliveries

Claims to deliver orders in 1-3 days, speed was the main reason I chose this site vs others on 2 occasions. On both occasions Perromart took longer to deliver than they advertise.
