Never ever buy from here
Never ever buy from here. First time i bought kibbles, they messaged me to say it was out of stock AFTER i paid and placed my order.
Another horrible experience, i tried buying kibbles here again and I received an email immediately after placing order that it will be delayed.
So i wrote an email to cancel and refund and they said they will take 72 hours to get back to me.
Well, one week later, no one has replied my email at all. I messaged them on Instagram and Facebook just for them to open and read the message and ignore it.
Tried calling their customer for 2 days only for them to say they are either having their annual stock taking or having lunch.
They can continue posting on their instagram stories and facebook page but no one has replied to me on any platform at all.
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting! We have been ordering dry food for our pet for maybe a year now. We spotted these white things in the food a couple of times but didn’t know what it was. This time, we saw the entire food was covered with these disgusting white things and even more bad, the whole bag of 12kg of food was filled with worms!
We have been absolutely shocked and appalled to know that this is the kind of stock that Perromart has and we have been feeding our pet. When I wrote to them, they took a week to just respond to my email to say can you send us pictures and confirm the order number. The carefree attitude from the team is absolutely shocking, no remorse, nothing. I have more pictures and videos but am not going to post it because it’s absolutely disgusting to even watch.
Update: Perromart continues to duck the situation with no proper response. A company with credibility would try to rectify the situation right away, instead I have been writing to them for over 3 weeks now. Absolutely ridiculous customer care service. Please do not buy anything from here
Severe delays in fulfilling orders
Looks like I’m not alone who has received a bad service for both delivery and customer relationship management. My orders for some wet cat food and 2 packs of litter is never fulfilled since 8 Dec. So I emailed them but was told that the flavours for the particular brand is unavailable.. how can it be possible right when the website indicates otherwise and payment has been made. So I was ok if they could replace it with something else but again all the flavours that my cats like are unavailable.. all these comms were via emails where they could contact me directly via hp right? So much time wasted and in the end they had to cancel my orders for the wet food. So i reckon the remaining items which is the cat litter will be fulfilled and delivered. In fact they issued a new order number. It should have settled by then, but no, I received another email saying that there are further delays for the litter which will extend till end of Dec (by now my orders were delayed from 8 Dec to 30 Dec). I wrote to Roy one of the founders to highlight this severe delay and to put things right. Guess what I just received another email today from Perromart that they are also cancelling this remaining order as well. I am just beyond words and speechless in describing this experience.

Emailed them a couple of times and even called them many times but cant get through.
I think im going to report to the police. As its been 3 weeks i did not received my item.
TERRIBLE COMPANY AND BAD SUPPORT
TERRIBLE. I ordered a week ago and like most people on here, there was absolutely no update. My order status is still stuck at "order placed" and this is after an ENTIRE week. Even my ticket asking how long more will it take as my cat is running out of food, only got replied after 7 ENTIRE freaking days. What a joke company. Oh, the icing on the cake is that they replaced my cat's litter sand WITHOUT asking me if that is ok. LOL? As fur parents we all know cats are a creature of habit. This company and its support is a joke.
Utterly dreadful
Utterly dreadful. Misleading stock availability and delivery time claims, plus woeful customer service. Don’t be tempted by the ‘slightly’ lower prices.

Paid full amount but no items receive.
Please stop buying from this company. You're just gonna waste your time and most importantly your money. You won't get a single cent back.

Still not received delivery 8 days after ordering, despite promise of delivery 3+ days. No contact from company to explain why there’s been a delay.
This is not the first time they are so slow. Not acceptable and now urgently need the supplies ordered for our pets which they’ve failed to deliver to us.
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. If you love your furkids and need a reliable and responsive store to deliver your items on time, you would NOT choose Perromart.
Firstly, there was non-fulfilment of promised delivery dates that. 9 days after my order, it still hadn't arrived and I had to enquire twice since no one reached out to me with updates. My order arrived so late, TWO WEEKS after I placed my order. Imagine that I needed to feed my furkids, and it took this long.
Secondly, I realised one item was missing and instead there were two of the same items. I reached out enquiring about this and was told that they replaced the out of stock item with the other item. They did not reach out to tell me about this or ask me how I wanted to proceed with the out of stock item (e.g. refund). They went ahead to decide on my behalf that I needed two of the same items that I didn't need two of.
Please up your game Perromart. Competition is stiff and you can't afford to keep losing your customers and having terrible 1.7 stars upon 5 on Google Reviews if you want to stay in business.

Very disappointed with Perromart.SG! Have been patient and understanding all these months when you all keep delaying my order... This time round really too much! Please remove the 1-3 days delivery on ur website .. Don't disappoint more ppl.....
After all these years of being a loyal customer...I really loved ordering from you all.. such a waste. Lack of sincerity even if your shipment is delayed... How you treat your customers even in a sticky situation matters most..

Is the support team alive?
Placed an order recently and there was a special buy 1, get 1 free offer on dry food but the free bag never arrived and I've reached out to customer service about 3-4 times without any response back. I would be more understanding of the error if it was actually acknowledged and explained but purposely ignoring it has prompted me to leave this review.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent. Order doesn’t show for weeks. Gets adjusted all the time as they don’t have stock. No refunds and when they finally decide to dispatch give you a few hours notice.

Perromart service has deteriorated. Like many others have recently commented, their delivery logistics is simply in shambles. Ordered on 1 Oct and haven’t heard from them (two-three days ago they sent out general message noting logistics issue but zilch since then); tried to call but naturally it goes to voice mail; live chat function is dead; cannot seem to even cancel the order. And yet, they still send out promo emails on daily basis! How is that possible!? This will likely be my last order thru them. Still waiting fir some kind of response. Perromart are you listening???
Update: have finally managed to cancel order via their Instagram messaging account (at least they have one decent/responsive staff) so if any of you are still having issues try via Instagram. Unfortunately ma rating does not change and I will shop elsewhere.
Made my order on 30 Sept..
Made my order on 30 Sept... till date no movement when I travk my order. Roy Lim sent an email about so glitch in their system on 8 Oct I think... but nothing happened after that. Sent email twice... no replies came. Seems like I'm not the only one. I've been their customer for a few years. Agree that their delivery standards have dropped. My satisfaction on them have dropped too. I will no longer buy from them but I hope we can get our money back at least!
Terrible service
Terrible service. Made my purchase on 28.9.22. Payment went through but received no confirmation email for my purchase. Clueless about what’s happening. Called them many times and waited for more than an hour online but couldn’t get through at all and the line just got cut off. Emailed them 4 times but no reply.
Worst service ever. I think they are scamming people. I didn’t receive my order at all and today is already 7.10.22. I needed my cat’s litter and litter box very badly. Regretted purchasing from Perromart. Will never ever purchase from them again! My advice, don’t make any purchase from Perromart as i have wasted so much time going after them with no positive outcome, i am not sure if I will ever get my order which cost over $100.
Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional, takes 2 weeks to get back an item without stock, no response even after few chases, didn’t even bother to apologise at all after taking so long to check a single stock. End of the day just simply cancel the order. Will not buy from them again.
EXTREMELY Slow Delivery
UPDATE: Not surprising items is still in warehouse despite them saying "We have assigned a driver". Strongly believed they engaged a third party company to help with delivery. So decided to arrange a self collection, CCK - Changi.
A lot of negative reviews of their slow delivery, and they replied that they will TRY to improve. But nope. Those are merely empty words. They do not even try.
1 - 3 working days delivery? Nope, more like 1 - 3 weeks delivery. During Covid they will use that as a reason of shortage of manpower and such, post Covid, still the same excuse. No courtesy to even update customers. Customers have to keep chasing.
I chase them during the supposedly "3rd working day" delivery and they have the cheek to say "technically today is still within the 3rd day and we will deliver today."
5th day and still no news. Was told driver will deliver after lunch yesterday, but up till today breakfast never arrived.
I would usually plan my order nicely to sustain my pets supplies, but THANKS TO THE EXTREMELY SLOW DELIVERY, I have to purchase additional supplies off the shelf.
