If there was a score lower than one star I would give it. Ordered deluxe bouquet for a 70th birthday gift - they delivered 3 wilted roses, 3 half dead lilies and claimed that was deluxe. I could have bought a nicer bouquet at the local servo for half the cost.
Charged a premium price - the bouquet that was sent had zero resemblance to the one pictured on the website from which I ordered it. Reading other reviews it looks like I should be grateful that something was delivered at all

Ordered yesterday online, site says guaranteed same day delivery, however I requested the next day, my mother's birthday (8Sept25), still haven't been delivered. Will request a full refund and will definitely go through Interflora from now on

I ordered an arrangement from Petals.com - the package did not arrive. They did not contact me to tell me that there is an issue. When I contacted them they said they will file a claim with UPS. I asked them to ship a replacement. They would not do that. I wanted another 4 days and contacted them. They did not contact me once. Again they told me to wait until UPS finds the package. I explained that was their responsibility and they need to ship a new arrangement. They refused to do so.

Totally crooked
Totally crooked. Referring them to Consumer Affairs. Took the money. Failed to deliver and then when I asked for non-delivery refund prevaricated about a one month follow-up limitation.

Would not recommend. Poor quality and quantity of flowers, not reflected in the price. $30 boxed chocolates were actually just supermarket fudge still in the plastic bulk buy container - inedible and embarrassing as a gift. Really disappointed and no customer service to speak of. Also good luck knowing when the delivery will occur.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I placed an order with them, 5 hours later I receive a call saying the florist doesn't have what I ordered and they'll find another florist and let me know within 15 minutes if they have it, 3 hours later no communication, no confirmation and no delivery.
I tried to call them and without even getting to give an order number they just told me to hold and left me on hold for over 5 minutes.

Iam not happy. I paid over $160 yesterday for the blush premium. Looks less flowers. Nothing like what I ordered!!!! It was for my mother’s birthday. Iam PISSED OFF!!! I’m not made of money! My mother has been facing some really hard sht! Iam feeling RIPPED OFF! And you ripped my mother off something that was alot of money and a gift and looks nothing like what I ordered. Fair enough if a few flowers are out of season. But this is BS! I’d like to add photo exactly what I mean. My mother has no idea. But I do as she sent me a photo! Not only did. Purchase for my Mother! But for my unwell Aunty too battling a lot! Really pissed off and disappointed!! Iam wondering how many other people this is happening to? Has someone investigated this? I ordered a deluxe bright bouquet for a relative a couple of weeks ago and the flowers were absolutely stunning. I therefore ordered the same bouquet for my stepmum's birthday to be delivered today. Firstly, I should have received a 20% discount, but when the payment went through they have changed this to the full amount. I contacted Petals and they apologised and said they would refund the difference which should have been $19.39 but I only received $14.99. I was shocked when my stepmum sent me a photo of her delivery. There were minimal flowers, mostly yellow, with a little touch of mauve (which is not a bright colour). The wrapping paper was also mauve which didn't make the flowers stand out or look pretty. I again contacted petals with a photo and I also sent them a photo of the previous bunch I had sent two weeks previously. They admitted that the florist needed more training and I was not provided with the correct amount but that there was no issue with the colours. I disagree as there should have been more selection of colours. I was told they would refund the difference in size of the bouquet, but yet again, this has been less than what should have been refunded.
I should have read the reviews before ordering but the first bunch of flowers were stunning, so I was happy to re-order.
I would have rather sent nothing to my family as a gift than go through all this hassle.
Everyone should be aware of this fraudulent company. You would get a better bouquet from a supermarket.
$117 plus delivery for 6 flowers in a box
I ordered a $117 premium flower arrangement to celebrate my sister giving birth — a moment made even more emotional as both she and my niece were in ICU. I wanted something beautiful and meaningful. What arrived was sparse, uneven, and could easily be mistaken for a $30 box of six flowers from a supermarket — certainly not a premium display.
The arrangement lacked joy, balance, and care. I provided clear photos showing how tiny and underwhelming it was, especially considering I’d selected the largest and most expensive option. Their response? Dismissive and technical — dissecting flower “recipes” and claiming they couldn’t see the back of the box in the photo, even though the scale and quality were obvious.
They refunded only the $30 premium upgrade, ignoring the bigger issue: the entire arrangement fell short, both visually and emotionally.
This wasn’t just a transaction — it was a gesture of love at a fragile time. What I received, and how it was handled, was a huge letdown.
I don’t leave reviews lightly, but if you’re looking for genuine care, quality, or accountability — I’d look elsewhere.

I ordered the pretty in pastel arrangement and upgraded to the deluxe size. I also added boxed chocolates. What I received was awful I'm gutted I didn't take any photos but the flower arrangement didn't look anything like the photo and the chocolates were cadbury roses also nothing like the beautifully presented box in the picture. There was more green foliage than flowers. Also there was a spelling mistake on the card the name was Vicki and they wrote Bicki...Wth? I just can't understand why they would put their reputation on the line and decieve everyone into thinking they make these beautiful arrangements where in actual fact the don't. I paid $150 and feel ripped off bcoz what I got was probably only worth quarter of what I paid.
I will definitely not be using Petals Florist Network again ever. And will be making sure none of friends or family do either.
WHAT A SCAM
Talk about the shock of my life to see what my cousin received compared to what flowers I chose for her,
I ordered an arrangement in a vase of delicate pink roses and tiger Lillies . I was informed that the arrangement would be different in that some flowers might not be available. The arrangement that I chose, I upgraded to the best but the final product was about 3 roses ( not pink) and the balance of the arrangement drowned in green foliage and to boot were delivered in an ugly brown box. I feel as if I have entered the “ twilight zone” after my cousin sent me the pic of the arrangement she received. I literally gasped
at what she received and I am so disgusted to see her
arrangement compared to what I chose. My point is why do they even have pics of what you can choose and then send something that doesn’t even come close to the pic. I can accept a slight change but a change of colour as well and a delicate vase for a brown box, it’s like chalk and cheese , I call it a SCAM and I am furious
As if the scam with the flowers wasn’t enough I have discovered that my cousin only received 150 grams of chocolates and I had ordered and paid for 310-500 grams of chocolates. How come this company is still operating ?? I have written to them about my disappointing experience, so now I wait for their response. Perhaps my next step should be legal advise concerning this corrupt company.

The flowers were delivered on the scheduled date, to the correct address/person, early in the day. The flowers themselves were lovely, arranged nicely and presented well. The hand-written greeting card (not just a piece of plain card or whatever) was an unexpected bonus! Thank you.

I ordered a substantial bouquet in a ceramic pot to be sent to my ailing 84yr old mother on the Gold Coast through the NZ website. I was shook in disbelief what $185 bought me. I'd rather not send my beautiful mother anything than the pathetic half dead BS that was delivered. Honestly was a slap in the face. They refunded me half, but it does not account for the loss of joy and delight that I was paying for. Absolutely disgusted.

My daughter in Western Australia wanted to sent her mother flowers on Mothers' Day as she has done since
she moved there nearly 20 years ago. All flower arrangements have been delightful. But this year she made the mistake of using Petals Teleflora. The bouquet of flowers consisted of 2 roses,1 zinnia and
6 green leaf branches. Our local petrol station sells
better flower arrangements. Petals haven't got a clue
about the flower delivery business. It seems that their
business is primarily about ripping people off. Avoid this flower delivery firm. What you see on their website is nothing like the flowers that are sent.

Beware of this rip off Florist
I ordered 2 lots of flowers on May 8th and requested they be delivered on the 10th. I order arrived and the other arrived the day after Mothers day 12th. I also upgraded the "boxed Chocolates" 301g-520g as stated on their website and my mother received a 125g of Lindt chocolates so I didn't even get what I paid for.
Customer Service told me there is nothing they could do because she had already received the flowers. Yeah 4 days later and not what I ordered.

Ordered an upgraded "deluxe" bouquet of flowers for my mother in New Zealand for Mother's Day. She received about 5 or 6 stems in the glass vase I added to the order - very disappointing. Would not recommend, and will not use them again (my mistake for not checking reviews beforehand).
There are vastly better florists in Nelson who will provide much better product and better value than Petals - use them instead.
