The Pet Genetics Lab Avis 

I orderd a comprehensive colour test for my dog, it came in a box with no information of what i was to do with it. Nore did i know it had to be registerd on my online account.and so I swobed my dog with the help of a friend and returned it back on special delivery.
Am aso dyslexic and need help from people...They now sent me an email a few days ago asking me to register the swob on the online account. when I don't have the information as the swob is now with them. It says response time is one working day and yet i have been emailing every day for 4 days now. I have tried to phone and email multiple times explaining everything on 2 different email address about what has happend without any response what so ever...also online account will not register without the registration number....very frustrating...poor service i would like a refund please

I made a mistake with my delivery address when using the “shop” checkout. They fixed it for me and hand wrote the correct address, so I got my delivery.

The process explained in a video and customer services answer via emails. They sent the swabs and a return envelope with clear instructions.
The testing itself sounds correct.
The result is online and the certificate can be printed.

Not recognised by kennel club

After there reply to my rating, I’ve lowered the stars. I don’t appreciate crappy attitude from a buisness.

Ordered colour panel for my dog and sent wrong results (brown merle that doesnt carry brown or merle).i sent photo of my dog and said its obviously incorrect and they blamed it on me saying i didnt swab well enough 🙄 they sent a second kit to redo to yet again get wrong results. When i emailed saying they are wrong again i have had no reply which is strange compared to there fairly quick replies to me asking why it was taking so long. I have now sent multiple emails over a few weeks and had zero reply. Shocking company that just takes your money and sends you there guess work, never again 🤬

Well, my certificate tells me I have a black labrador. I am sat here looking at my yellow labrador wondering if I am mad. I have another yellow labrador in the house but no others. Furthermore, the other results are not the same as those I have had from two other laboratories (both Kennel Club approved). I raised a dispute as soon as I received the results in December, providing proof (a photo of my dog and the other test results) and have been patient but am now struggling to get a response. Whilst I would like it cleared up, I think I may have to accept the waste of money and time.

I find the website unhelpful the Waiting times seem to be getting longer and they always seem to have special offer on the day after I’ve already ordered however they are cheaper than the rest so I will continue using them I feel that they should offer combination packs for example health testing and Bree testing
