Launched in 2016, we started as Primary Finance to find a fair, ethical and halal solution to home buying in the UK. In 2019, through the help and trust of people that believed in our vision, we successfully launched our home finance product by helping a number of early customers become homeowners. I did not know that Pfida does not operate in the United States. Taimour Shahid the agent that called me, I’m sure knew this but did not disregard my inquiry, still took his time to explain their product to me, and was very professional.
For anyone interested in halal mortgage, in my research, this product is halal but limited time for repayment is the downside in my opinion.

Invested £1000 in the grow your savings…
Invested £1000 in the grow your savings scheme with the view to purchase a home with them. My circumstances changed and they gave me a full refund wit hin a couple of months. Above all they proved they are trustworthy Muslims and conduct themselves with integrity. If the ummah were to invest their money with them, like building societies. This could be a game changer as it would eliminate the waiting list

Taimour, helped me to understand how does Pfida work. It would be better if Pfida has a chart with % of rent that Pfida will charge for a Mortgage so that it gives some idea on expected monthly cost.

Get a long term mortgage without interest!
I haven't bought a house yet, but they seem trustworthy, reliable, honest & have integrity. I had a few questions & had a response from Muhammad promptly.
I would definitely want to not pay interest rate on my mortgage & have at least 30 years to pay back 80% after only paying 15-20% down payment! It's like paying rent except you'll own your house at the end.
