We bought outdoor furniture from Phi Villa. After 1 week it started rusting with a rain sprinkle. I have been going back and forth and the first tell me send which part is bad and they will replace. Then they said we will give you a coupon and you can buy paint and paint it. The rust is from inside the furniture I tell them. I want to return and refund but now they say it is after the 30 day return. Even though i put a complaint in after 2 weeks. Do not buy any outdoor furniture from Phi villa. I spent alot of miney and got a lemon.

First purchased my umbrella in March 2023, and had an excellent experience with the item throughout the summer. Towards the end of the summer, I attempted to raise it and found that the cord inside the device had frayed , and was broken. I informed the seller of the problem, and they were apologetic, and immediately offered to replace the item after I sent them some pictures. I was thrilled at their responsiveness, and, the rapid turnaround of my request, I will definitely buy more merchandise from these folks in the future

I ordered 4 swivel chairs and a table. The set is great quality and arrived quickly. One chair had a defective base and upon contacting Customer Service a replacement part was sent out. I was pleased to have multiple emails tracking my part. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that cares and stands behind their product. I will definitely use them again for future purchases and highly recommend the quality of the product and service.

The bar stools are very sturdy and they look great. I had an issue with putting the 2nd one together (short on some bolts) and they sent me a new packet of bolts very quickly.

I purchased a set of 2 swivel patio chairs. Unfortunately had a problem with one after a couple days. Contacted PHI VILLA and almost immediately the problem was taken care of. Love my chairs, and would highly recommend PHI VILLA!

I ordered a Phi villa outdoors table it is very nice. I had a problem with rust after it rained. I call Customer Service. They took care of the problem right away. I would recommend Phi Villa to all my friends.

I purchased an umbrella through amazon that after 2 months broke. I contacted this seller to let them know, not really expecting anything to happen. They reached back out and asked for more details and pics if I had them, and then sent me a replacement. Though the original product had an issue, I was impressed with the customer service, and their willingness to make things right.

Excellent overall experience... Customer Service, Tiffany in particular, from beginning to end, and everything in between, excellent, excellent, excellent.

I purchased an outdoor patio table which is all rusted! I am so disappointed for I spent a lot of money. Do not purchase any outside furniture from this company. It will last only 6 months to maybe a year.
If the patio table was purchased I would love to hear your comments after a year or less!

I bought a 7 piece Phi Villa set from Overstock.com. The set was on sale so I thought I would take a chance.
I am so glad I did, the set is solid, made very well, clean welds etc...There was a piece that needed replaced - I emailed and sent pictures. Customer service was perfect, received what I needed in 5 days.

I contacted customer service about missing parts. Customer service responded right away! They sent everything I needed to complete my patio chair set up! Everything is complete!

Patio table and chairs arrived within a couple of days of eachother. Unfortunately, FedEx delivered the last two chairs to the wrong address as evidenced by the picture they took showing the package on a front doorstep that is not our front doorstep. FedEx offered not contact with us other than a text link to let them know if the package showed up. After contacting Phivillaus, they offered to send two additional chairs and the chairs showed up with two days after contacting them. Great customer service. Lastly, the chairs and table are quality and fairly easy to assemble. I would definitely order from this company again based on our experience.

Decided to spend the money and buy quality. Looked around and decided to buy from Phivillaus.com. I needed a patio dinning set and found one I liked. It arrived and was very nice quality and chairs with the thick cushions are very comfortable. I did find a couple flaws which I contacted the company about and after a couple of email to clarify the problem they quickly did everything they could to solve the issue and make sure I was happy with my purchase, I would definitely buy from this company again...and will

I contacted customer service about our three pice furniture to let them know the rattan was starting to sag with in the first uses and the cushions were definitely not up to par. I contacted them about returning and they said it was up to us for the freight. I don't recommend them at all. So disappointing. Customer service was worse

While the patio set we ordered did not meet our expectations and was all damaged, their customer service is exceptional. They refunded our purchase very quicky. I had higher expectations for the set, and am frustrated we spent the time putting it together, but just happy the $1,000+ we spent has been refunded and we're not stuck with a set that was damaged. The set we ordered had no reviews but I expected it would be the same quality of their other sets. If every company had this level of customer service, that would be amazing.

I ordered an umbrella and 2 chairs for my patio. They are spectacular! The orange-red umbrella looks incredible by my fire pit. The chairs match perfectly with my old set. This company never fails me. The quality is exceptional and their prices are competitive. I will continue to order from them. Also, their customer service is wonderful.

Ordered 7 piece outdoor dining set. Had the set a month. First time having people over and one of the chairs breaks. Breaks right off at one of the welds. I contact customer support and their solution is, since they don't have that specific piece to in stock to send, they are going to send me a free chair. But because their chairs come packaged in 2, they want me to buy the other chair off them?? Dumbest suggestion to a customer who just had something brand new break. I tell them no, so they offer to refund me the cost of the chair. So now, I'm out a chair in that scenario. Oh but thank god, they reminded me of their Father's Day sale. That should save the day.
I'm not sure what value a warranty is if you don't have parts to send people when stuff breaks.

Update - 6/22 - They've ultimately decided to send me a free chair plus the additional one in the box without me having to pay for it. Very happy with the end result and the fact they made good on accommodating me for the complexities on their end.

We tried to contact this company many times and they never get back to you. We just need to talk to someone about out 15ft umbrella and they never answer. We bought our umbrella off of Amazon and we did not receive the pole or the base. Amazon told us to contact them. We are willing to buy the missing parts and they will not let us know how to.
