So the original print wasn’t on the…
So the original print wasn’t on the right day. I was informed by customer service that they would be happy to reprint for £7, stating pics are auto generated so possibly my error. In that send £7 felt like a bargain.
I’ve paid that and heard nothing back.

One word Brilliant !!
I had made a mistake so contacted by email within hours of my order being sent, all corrected with no fuss. Communication, the quality of the picture which was all proffesionally rolled in tissue and in a tube, was quickly delivered by tracked post , faultless ! Absolutely Excellent. Needless to say the gift when given was just perfect.
I will definetly use them again its a beautiful gift to give.

Went Back for A Second Item
This was the second item that I had purchased from Picture The Stars. I was so impressed with the first one that I ordered another.
Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to give this second package a bit of a bashing and the item I had ordered arrived badly damaged.
Upon contacting Picture The Stars and supplying them with photos they didn't hesitate to send a replacement straight away. It arrived within two days!
Now that's what I call excellent customer service!
I highly recommend this company .. and will be buying from them again .. for sure.

I had high hopes for this product and it is as expected, a very good quality product. It did arrive unfortunately minus the frame I ordered. However the company have now responded to my email and have rectified this.
