We provide clear-size information with visuals and descriptions, so it’s unfortunate that a negative review was left due to selecting the wrong size.

Ordering online was fairly straightforward and easy. Unfortunately the time it took to deliver and the lack of communication to keep me informed was not very satisfactory. Probably won't order again.

Very poorly made
Very poorly made, stitching coming undone, no filling in one of the legs, due to the workmanship, loose threads all over, no washing instructions, no safety instructions. And to charge £35.00 for this, is joke. Bad customer relations. Would not reccomend for a small baby

You can buy elephant in Ikea cheaper
If I had realised the goods I purchased were from China, I would not have purchased it as it is not great quality, as it would need more stuffing to look like the pictures advertising it. You can buy same item in IKEA cheaper. Read the reviews before you buy .

My mum purchased this item as she had bought one recently for my baby and this was for another family members baby, when the item arrived it was vacuumed packed, which was fine before but this time it left the item really lumpy and bumpy. My mum had to open the item and add more stuffing so it was suitable to give as a present for a new baby.

Elephant pillow arrived within specified time, vacuum packed. It's lovely once plumped up, but there were several threads hanging/poking out from the seams. I checked they weren't going to unravel the seams before cutting them off. The recipients loved it though.

I was very disappointed with my…
I was very disappointed with my purchase as the Elephant would not stand up properly and the stuffing was all lumpy making tge Elephant limp.
This was a gift for my husband's first granddaughter who is 10 days old,i have not been able to give this gift or return it as there was no invoice or returns label in with the packaging.
