I still don’t have my cocktails which I ordered for a party we were throwing a few days ago. The customer service is woeful. I’d strongly advise to buy via a supermarket instead.

Average, overpriced pre mixed cocktail....
I ordered thinking it was a flavoured Tequila, however its a pre-mixed drink. I emailed within 30 minutes of placing the order to ask if I was able to cancel. I didn't get a response, so messaged via Instagram and was told it was too late the item had already been shipped. The drink tasted fine, but £30 for 5 100ml drinks is not good value for money. I wouldn't buy it again.

Ok. WOW!
Ok, wow! Tequila has always been my party ingredient of choice. I was first given the Spicy Margarita one first, which was amazing. Then someone said to try the Cucumber and Elderflower one, and that was equally incredible. I have now introduced it to friends, and even my family are stocking for the annual family bbq event as they all loved it too. They're the only two drinks you need! Nice work Pimentae team!

Seamless and easy process to order, highly recommend
The website order to payment, to delivery was a seamless and easy process. I was sent update notifications and a window for my delivery which was on time as predicted. I would highly recommend!!

Amazing margarita
Amazing margarita! Love the slightly piquant flavour. AND imagery fantastic. Also would like to shout out to the customer service team who responded so promptly to a question on my order - service is second to none! Really recommend margarita lovers try this!

Just try it! You won’t regret it
I was skeptical about getting it but I am so glad I did. It was tasty and not too strong or over powering. I would def recommend trying it

Poor management of delivery by DPD.
The first attempt of delivery never arrived and I was at home the entire day. No help or reply from DPD except a notice that the would deliver it to the East Sheen Post Office. Another notice that they could not deliver it to the post office.on the 4th attempt they claimed that the parcel was perishable and could not deliver it at all.. I tried their reply makethisright. and got no response.
I then contacted Pimentae along with my correspondence and Wynter sorted it out for me. I am not sure if he was able to find out why this happened from them.
I am pleased to have a replacement, delivered as promised.

The BEST spicy Margarita around 🌶
It’s honestly the best pre mixed cocktail I’ve had, perfect spice level and great tasting tequila.
Found at bbc good food festival and re bought the Following week and is now on top of my Xmas list.
