I still don’t have my cocktails which I ordered for a party we were throwing a few days ago. The customer service is woeful. I’d strongly advise to buy via a supermarket instead.

Great service, great drinks
Saw an ad for Pimentae on FB, but went direct to their website. I bought the spicy Margarita and it’s absolutely amazing, love it. Nice and spicy, but not overpowering. I was even sent a discount code before I’d managed to buy my first bottle, so that made it an even better experience!

5 stars Best customer service I have received from an online company.
Initial order arrived super quick but was wrong. Emailed customer service and they were so apologetic and had a replacement sent out the very next day which over the Christmas period is saying something.
Drinks hamper looks amazing and just as described. If I wasn't pregnant I would be diving straight into it! Will make a great gift for someone.

Not very spicy margs...
Spicy margs not very spicy and too sweet but a lovely quick order, won't be ordering again as product not to my taste but if you like a hint of spice and very sweet it's for you.

Hi Sarah, we are so sorry you still haven't received your order. We personally emailed all of our customers last week to explain we had been experiencing some fulfilment delays due to the volume of orders that came through on Black Friday. We understand this is frustrating but I have checked your order and can confirm it has been despatched. Again, we can only apologise for the delay and hope you are pleased with the product when it arrives.

Bought as Christmas presents. Arrived following day and was kept up to date with delivery info. Packaged extremely well and the bottles look so enticing!! I'm sure they will taste amazing.

Nice but pricey
Delivery was good but price point is too high for this to be anything but a super-special occasion thing.
Was super tasty and a great kick-start to the evening.

Hi Matt, we are sorry that you feel the price point was too high. As a small business we work really hard to ensure the taste and quality of our liquid reflects the price point. Our cocktails are hand-mixed using premium ingredients that you'd find in a bar and our bottles are wrapped in bespoke, hand painted designs. Each bottle serves 5 cocktails so works out significantly cheaper than what you'd pay in a bar. We've taking your feedback on the board and hope you enjoyed you cocktail nevertheless. Thanks, Becci

Gorgeous drink in a beautiful bottle!
I ordered this as a last minute birthday present and it came the next day. The bottle looks beautiful and the drink inside (almost all gone already) tastes sublime. This is a great company with great products. I would definitely use them again!

Easy, fast, responsive and a fantastic product
Just a very easy and fast experience, from web site to delivery and after sales responsiveness. Their spicy margarita is better than you can make at home and a big hit when our friends come around.
