I have recently purchased an Amara and frame from Liz and Pete , amazing and efficient service ,very helpful and understanding .Then the icing on the cake was Cherry and Simon who came and installed it and gave me training , such lovely people, patient and very thorough, thank you very much to this amazing team , would highly recommend.

I bought my Avante machine from LIz and Pete a few years ago and they were marvellous. They installed the machine for me and I had a lovely day at their premises learning all about the use of the machine. They were fantastic throughout, so helpful.

For the first time recently I had a small problem. I rang to get some advice on how to fix it and talked to Mark. He couldn't have been more helpful. He video called and went through the steps I needed to do to make the correction. He even had me send him a number of photos to make sure the machine was still all calibrated properly. This all happened on a Friday. He even took the time to call me back on the Monday to make sure everything was still OK.

Such amazing customer service. 5 stars is not enough!

I bought my Moxie 15 from Liz and Pete at the festival of quilts, after having a good look at all the other options, and I'm so glad I did. I was invited to take part in a foundation workshop, which turned out to be a lovely and informative experience.
Filled with enthusiasm I came home to practice on my machine but I felt something wasn't quite right.
I called and asked for help and Liz didn't hesitate, she came to my home, agreed there was something amiss and set to work to solve the issue. I am now filled with enthusiasm again and my machine is behaving beautifully. If anyone reading this is thinking of buying a longarm machine, you can't do better than going to Pinhole Quilting.

We visited the Pinhole Quilting showroom and had a really thorough, unhurried demonstration of the machines. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, and we were given plenty of time to ask questions and really understand the options available.
Pete and Liz are absolutely fab — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It was genuinely refreshing to deal with people who are so passionate about what they do and who clearly care about making sure you get the right setup, not just making a sale.
We came away feeling confident, well-informed, and excited about our next steps. A brilliant experience from start to finish and a company we would happily recommend to anyone considering long-arm quilting equipment.

Pete and Liz couldn’t be more helpful. They have been excellent sources of information and advice when deciding what to buy and gave us dedicated time at their showroom at short notice which was ideal. They have gone above and beyond coming all the way to Guernsey to install my machine - when so many companies would have put that in the ‘can’t do’ box. Great instruction too backed up by training going forwards. Their support feels genuine and personal - not just delivery and then goodbye. Really can’t thank them enough. If you’re considering buying a machine don’t hesitate - Pete and Liz, with their ‘can do’ attitude, have helped me realise a dream.

I bought my long arm quilting machine from Pinhole Quilting 3 months ago. They provided excellent customer services right from the beginning. Delivery, set up & initial tuition was superb. I recently attended a Foundation Training day at their premises in Pershore, which was free with my machine purchase. I expected the day to be basic & remedial, wow was I wrong. The day provided an enormous amount of information, about maintenance of the machine, what settings to use & all about tension, needles, thread & loading the frame. We had hands on experience, each person having dedicated access to a machine all day. I am sure all the information & tips & tricks provided will be invaluable during my long arm journey.
Pinholes dedicated premises are excellent, all their staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

Just spent a lovely couple of days at Pinhole Quilting doing the Foundation Course followed by Rulers and Fills the next day. I thought I wouldn't learn anything new on the Fondation Course but I couldn't have been more wrong. Lots of tips and information made it well worth going. The showroom is light and spacious, the staff are very enthusiastic and helpful, the lunches were lovely. Couldn't fault it and really enjoyed my two days. Really looking forward to putting everything into practice. I will definately be returning for more workshops in the future.

I have an Amara Longarm Quilting machine which I bought from Pinhole quilting, before this I had an Avanté, both machines have been a joy to use.
I recently had an issue with skipped stitches & tried everything to correct this. Pinhole Quilting were on hand / on the telephone to help with suggestions and video calls. I took my machine to the showroom at Pershore and they were so helpful, found the fault, adjusted the timing and took their time to make sure I was happy with the stitching. They have always been so knowledgeable and helpful I recommend them highly for their products and service.

I have just had an enjoyable one to one lessons on the `ProStitcher, with Carolyn James, a HandiQuilter Educator. She was so helpful and made sure that I fully understood before moving on to the next step.i felt so comfortable with her and I learned lots of tips from her as well. A really lovely lady.
I would recommend her and Pinhole Quilting to anyone, especially if you are starting your long arm quilting journey.

A new initiative for Pinhole Quilting, so it was lovely to be one of their first clients to be involved. I haven't been quilting long and took along one of my first creations to quilt myself on one of their long arm machines. The training was carefully & thoroughly given and understanding was sought throughout the day. My quilt was loaded on the machine with me, advice given on threads that would work well with my quilt and help was always on hand at moving forward or any questions from Liz & Katie. Lovely lunch provided and all in all a fabulous day - would highly recommend it to you if you're new to long arm quilting, or have your own machine and want some guidance.

Prior to my purchase I had so many questions all of which Pete from Pinhole Quilting patiently answered. Once I decided on the machine the buying process was simple. Pete installed my machine and spent hours providing basic training. I have found both Liz and Pete to be helpful and responsive to any queries even taking time to help me with my thread choices ! Pete organised the collection, servicing, transporting and re installation of my Amara brilliantly. Pete was very helpful and supportive during the installation and teaching session. He made it easy to follow the instructions and made sure that I was happy with everything on the day. He quickly resolved an issue with the stitching and left me eager to start quilting.

Disappointed by a local sewing machine store, I searched out of town and so glad I did. Pinhole Quilting had just the machine I needed. Two hours of machine training with Katie was all I needed to make a decision to purchase a machine. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Pinhole Quilting is now my go- to supplier. This is my second longarm machine from Pinole quilting I upgraded from a simply sixteen to an Amara. Liz and Pete were brilliant from the beginning they made it so easy, each step was explained and various options discussed to facilitate the upgrade.
On the day of the installation they were quick and efficient and showed what a good team they are when working together. I was shown how to operate my new machines, given lots of tips and ideas and lovely welcome box.
I cannot rate Pinole highly enough they are always available to offer help and advice via telephone and delivery of stock items are very quick. I look forward to further purchases from them in the future.

I was looking for a very specific item for my Handiquilter gallery 2 table. I was given advice and where I could buy what I needed on Amazon for much cheaper than buying it from their store, since I am in the United States.

I had my Handiquilter Amara serviced today by Pete from Handiquilter, he was extremely careful and in addition to the service corrected a couple of faults that I hadn’t realised were wrong with my machine and was kind enough to share some hints and tips with me, I couldn’t ask for more. Both of my domestic sewing machines are Berninas and I am very happy with them and wouldn’t dream of changing them for another make however I wouldn’t consider anything other than a Handiquilter for a Longarm machine as the support and training that are offered by both them and Pinhole are second to none. I am currently on my second machine and Pinhole helped me sell my first, great service.
