As a long standing customer (since 2018) and now the owner of a brand new machine I can highly recommend Pinhole Quilting and the HandiQuilter machines. Having purchased a Simply 16 and Little Foot frame from Pinhole Quilting 5yrs ago I have had time to assess their customer service. Liz & Pete made the initial purchase and installation straight forward with excellent basic training. All purchases of feet, rulers, thread, stencils etc have always been promptly dispatched and of high quality. Any phone or email queries have been answered promptly and to my 100% satisfaction, so when I decided to upgrade my machine and frame I had no hesitation in choosing a HandiQuilter machine and, of course, purchasing from Pinhole Quilting. They helped me sell my Simply 16 as a pre-loved following an efficient service of the machine by Liz. Last week Pete came and installed my new Amara on a 10ft frame. My husband and I were impressed with the high level of care Pete took in setting up the frame and machine, ensuring the placement in the room and height of the frame were exactly what I wanted. He then spent time showing me all the different features of the new machine and making sure I had a full understanding of the differences in the machines and frames before he left. I am looking forward to taking further courses in Pershore at their lovely showroom. The Amara is a dream machine, Pinhole Quilting an excellent company and Liz and Pete soon make one feel part of the HandiQuilter family.

Liz and Pete Holpin have been exceptionally focused on my wife and I as customers, from our initial enquiries and demonstration of our Handi Quilter Amara Longarm at The Festival of Quilts, to its installation by Pete in our home.
Sadly my wife died last year, and now wishing to sell on the Amara, it was obvious to me that Pinhole Quilting would be the best choice for me to advertise the machine. They were very helpful in estimating the value of the machine and various accessories. The machine sold within two days of being listed on their website at their valuation.

Helpful with information without being pushy. No limit on the amount of information or time to provide that. To deal with Pinhole Quilting was one of the top purchasing exercises in which I have been involved. The subsequent workshop I attended gave more than one could hope and the cooperation, explanation and encouragement in all aspects of the purchase and ongoing use of the machine could not be bettered. I cannot recommend this company too highly - a great machine and amazing company with all their staff.

I purchased a longarm in the autumn 2022 and even living in southern Ireland the process of purchase and shipping was made very simple by the staff. When it arrived it was packaged well and the app and build instructions were very easy to follow. When I was practicing and had a problem after a phone call the issue was rectified with the help of Mark who followed up to ensure that all was working with more tips. Having the confidence that the products are from top international brands and the backing of brillant staff I would hightly recommend them. Having just been on my compementry foundation course at Pinhole I would recommend that all new longarms take the course because it is a comprehensive and straightforward course delivered by the wonderful Liz and Pete. I now looking forward to many years of happy quilting knowing that I have their support.

Great service from Liz and Pete. This is the second handiquilter machine bought from Pinhole Quilting. I started with an Avante and Little Foot frame and quickly changed the the frame for a Studio frame set at 8 feet to start. However, I wanted a bigger machine that would be all set up for Pro stitcher when I had the money for this. I had asked for trade in prices previously and Pete set out all the options clearly but too expensive then option came up via regular Youtube sessions for demo/class machines and again I received all financial options + I wanted my frame extended to 10ft. I chose trade-in option and the delivery was very quickly arranged. Pete worked very hard at set up. I have attended classes at Pinhole and would only wish they were closer to my location in East Anglia for more regular visits to be possible. I have also bought items through the post and they have arrived well protected and packed. Also web requests for advice are dealt with swiftly and usefully.

I live in the Republic of Ireland and I recently bought a Little Foot long arm quilting machine, with the little Buddy frame, which is a very expensive purchase now with stg. rates, and customs duty due to Brexit etc. Pinhole quilting were extremely helpful, efficient and very clear about all costs involved and the whole process was very well done. Their courier was very quick and helpful when he delivered the machine. However, Pinhole quilting have recently made some changes which means that when you buy a little foot frame in Rep of Ireland, you have to do all the assembly yourself, whereas the engineer assembles and fully sets up the larger size machines for customers in Rep of Ireland. There are lots of videos available to help and the assembly is doable , but as it is the same process as for larger frames, I think it is a disappointing change in their dealing with customers in Rep of Ireland. Other Quilters in my area felt the same as I did. As a result of assembling it ourselves , we did have one problem with a small part of the set up and this was a worry for us as we were not able to fix it, whereas the engineer would have been well able. Pinhole Quilting sent some videos which helped to solve most of the issue and they have arranged for the engineer to call within 6 weeks of delivery, so they have responded very well to an issue with the frame which was not in any way their fault. I would recommend them highly, but I do feel the self assembly is an issue.

If you are considering buying a longarm quilting machine, I would look no further than Pinhole Quilting. Having started to look at various suppliers, Pinhole Quiltings outstanding customer service was apparent from the first phone call. They were able to talk you through the process and share their knowledge which was invaluable to a novice like myself!

A visit to their showroom Is a fantastic experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff so willing to help and let you try the machines in a relaxed atmosphere.

The machine we purchased is brilliant to work with and has features that we wanted. Liz spent a morning installing the Amara for us and the afternoon showing us to use it. Her knowledge and expertise around the product and longarm quilting is exceptional.

To sum up my experience of Pinhole Quilting; excellent product, excellent staff providing phenomenal customer service.

I have always had excellent support from Liz and Pete whenever I have had a query regarding my Simply Sixteen or Avante. Pinhole quilting have a great showroom where you can try out all of the quilting machines without any pressure at all. Both Liz and Pete are very knowledgeable about all things Handiquilter and they are very generous with their knowledge. Their workshops are also good fun and great value.

Liz and Pete made purchasing the right longarm for me an easy, relaxed and pleasurable experience from my very first question to Pete at Harrogate, through my visit to the showroom to try out the machines to work out which was the best match for my needs and my endless questions that day which Liz took the time to answer fully, she showed me all the options and allowed me time to try out the machines , all the way through to the installation of my Amara with ProStitcher by their amazing engineer Derek Weir and his wife Sandra who worked all day getting everything just right, taking me through all the basics, answering all my questions and ensuring I was able to use my machine before leaving. The whole experience was a delight with no sales pressure at all, (Liz and Pete are much more interested in ensuring your needs are fully met and you are happy than simply securing a sale which so refreshing when making a fairly big purchase), endless patience by everyone involved, superb technical knowledge from Liz, Pete, Derek and Sandra, no end of tips and helpful suggestions, to a real feeling of belonging to a community who care and will do anything they can to help. The courses run by Pinhole Quilting are great and quite varied, going from the new novice owner right through to experienced quilters, allowing you to continue to learn, building your own skills and expertise in a safe, friendly environment. Their showroom is an Aladdin's cave of quilting goodies from Handi Quilter accessories to threads and rulers, and so much more. I can't speak highly enough of this company, it is unique in its field in the UK and we are very lucky to have them.

How much time have you got? From start to finish with this journey, Liz and Pete, and their fantabulous installation team of Derek and Sandra, couldn't have been more helpful, patient, and understanding. They guided me through the whole process of deciding which machine was right for me and now it's sitting in my living room waiting for this weekend to get fired up and running. I made the right choice.Pinhole Quilting give a very supportive personal service providing both the goods and the ongoing back up. This includes a weekly online link with ideas hints and tips - I am unable to join in as it clashes with the school run but can then access it later in the day. A hands on training session is booked in their excellent facility giving me time to familiarise with the machine and line up my questions!! Excellent.

From the first conversation and demonstration at the Festival of Quilts to the after sales service, Pinhole Quilting have been excellent.
