Shopping for machine-quilting items or having discussions with Pinhole Quilting are always informative, and friendly. Pete and Liz's incredible industry knowledge is freely given with a smile and encouragement. Buying a big price tag tech item needs good follow up, and the free foundation class is invaluable for new machine owners. The range of accessories and threads found in their huge Pershore showroom is great too.

Liz and Pete know their stuff inside out and bend over backwards to give a great customer experience. I've bought two machines from them since 2017 and have had great service for both. There is also great added value in terms of accessories and supplies, as well as an interesting range of courses for all levels, including a free introductory day for new owners.

Pinhole Quilting give excellent customer service, training and support. Liz & Pete installed my Amara with Pro-stitcher, gave tuition on the day which was followed by a foundation workshop for the Amara at their Pershore showroom and a couple of Zoom sessions for Pro-stitcher.

Plenty of helpful hints and tips. Liz and Pete are very knowledgeable and helpful in sorting any teething problems plus ongoing educational videos. Lessons are also available either in person or via zoom.

The machines are workhorses but the support from Pinhole before, during and afterwards is awe inspiring. It is a considered purchase. I bought mine during lockdown despite the fact I'd been given a prognosis of 10 years back in 2010. It was the best decision. I've also attended their courses to both cover basics and and inspire in ways I hadn't anticipated. Definitely enriches my life and possibly keeps me sane when I get immersed in quilting.

Pinhole Quilting give excellent advise and guidance when purchasing a longarm and are very knowledgeable. They respond quickly to queries, even over a weekend. When ordering supplies, they arrive very quickly and any problems are sorted out. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning when I decided to buy a longarm machine I have found Pinhole Quilting excellent. Pete went through everything that I said I wanted and found a machine suitable for purpose. Since then I have upgraded to add ProStitcher Lite and did encounter some teething problems. I contacted and spoke to Liz who was more than happy to talk through the problem and, not only did she diagnose the problem, but fixed it over the phone. I first met Pete at a Show in Harrogate where I was able to try out a long arm machine and Pete provided information about the various types of machines available. It was several months later that I visited their show room to try a number of different machines and met Liz. The aim of this two hour visit was to find which machine was the best for my needs and budget. Liz and Pete were very encouraging and helpful during this process. I settled on a second hand machine with a good frame and machine movement that appealed to my engineering ideals. It was not the machine I thought I was going to purchase. This is the beauty of being able to try a number of different machines with an expert, in fact two such people, Liz and Pete. The follow up to the purchase was the one day course giving me an introduction on how to thread the machine, change tensions, try different threads and keep the machine in good order, along with trying a number of different stitch methods, including the use of rulers. This course was part of the purchase price. Liz and Pete are always on hand to help with questions and to sort any issues for you and their knowledge is extensive. Their live sessions are also filled with interesting and useful information with the differing methods for quilting. They also feature people who are experts in this craft in these live sessions. If you are looking to purchase a long arm quilting machine or to upgrade the one you have I would advise you to contact these people and benefit from their knowledge.
