Really wanted to Love Pinter
Really wanted to Love Pinter, but the company support is impossible. After $100's in wasted brew, defective equipment and reaching out to Customer service I could not get them to even consider working with me for a fix. I practically begged them to help me fix the issue to have the only option is to send 1 Pinter and replace two brews. I have 3 Pinters and have purchased over 12 brews with half being bad due to leakage. I ended up just paying my penalty fee and getting out of it. 100% not worth the time trouble or effort. This company seems to care by having you video and take pictures, then round two the same thing, round 3 the same thing. Guess what round four was? I guess they were looking for an excuse not to be at fault? Afterall, Video sets 103 should have shown them all they needed. At Round 4 of Videos I gave up on ever trying to get them to fix the issue. They got their money and I believe that is all they were interested in since they weren't willing to fix my three Pinters, Help me fix my 3 Pinters so I could brew and continue using their product. I begged them and got a response that cost me more money. Oh, and if you don't pay the penalty, they expect you to still buy brews you cant brew due to leakage of their equipment. Not a company worth giving your money to!

Had a slight issue with an order, I was sent strangely enough a Woman’s t-shirt. Never actually received an answer as to why. But Zainab dealt with the mix up very quickly and politely. Loving the brews and top notch customer service.

Amazing product,
I've never brewed beer and always wanted to. Pinter gave me this opportunity without having to spend hundreds, even thousands, on equipment. Shipping was lightening fast and setup was quick and clean and brewing was ready to start in less than 10 minutes. My only sore point is the price of the brew kits. I get it, but it makes keeping a membership outside of promotions for too long. Otherwise, love it!

ABSOLUTELY Love my PINTER!
ABSOLUTELY Love my PINTER!! The brewing, etc is SO easy to follow using the BRILLANT APP, makes it all more interesting to do! Built in calendar and notifications to help throughout. Their support is super responsive too, basically could not thank these guys enough.
Ohhh - and the final pull is stunning, beautiful FRESH, tasting IPA. (Brewdog Punk IPA) my next batch is the ELVIS version.
Mmmmmm - buy one you won't be disappointed!!

Brilliantly designed app with step-by-step instructions for each stage of the brewing process. Cleverly engineered and designed Pinter barrel. Excellent quality concentrates. The Deep Shade Coffee beer is superb.

Used it a number of times 1 Time it was great.loved the brew. the second time was great all so then it leaked beer all over the place tryed again when it hard brewed check it was not leaking again poured pint lovey then beer all over my fridge then again and again I give up

The beer and brewing process is great, but the app doesn't cut it. I c I've finally made progress with the app and am now on target with the entire process.
Company and the product is wonderful, however the app is terrible. Can't even log in after receiving a one time password code
After some time, I was finally able to get logged on through the app and set up my account.
I'm happy that this occurred so that I can now use the app to make sure my beer turns out to be the best. Thanks for reaching out to me. You now have a satisfied customer, all the way around.
