Good value products but website needs fixing
Good value products, but be careful when ordering online as it allows you to buy products for delivery that aren't able to be delivered, luckily the staff were helpful and rectified this for me but the website needs fixing

Order arrived damaged, poor communications and reluctancy to return/refund items
i ordered some plastic trim for my bathroom which unfortunately arrived damaged. I raised the issue via their main website online 'communication form' plasticcentre .co.uk/ contact) as well as sending photographs of the damaged items to their email address birmingham (at) plasticcentre.co.uk (the main contact address on the URL above)... i never recieved a reply from either (this is clearly their advertised contact address as you can see they are still live, despite the content from the Plastic Center response below).
However on my 3rd attempt I eventually recieved a response from online (at) plasticcentre.co.uk a couple of weeks after my order (by now this was beyond their time limits for returns presumably). I informed by customer services rep 'L***y' that the request to return the items was now outwith their return window and basically 'tough ****' (however, my initial contact was as soon as i discovered the damage).
I am currently trying to arrange a 50% refund and will try and sell the few items that weren't damaged in transit. Will be escalating to trading standards.
In addition to previous, since the birmingham (at) email and the online contact form (above) don't work, the least they could do is remove them from their website to prevent other customers from being duped/confused when trying to return damaged products.

Thas is an email adress from a shop in Birmingham . Please go to Store Locator and you will find 20 emails from 20 stores we have . That doesnt mean is the website .

Steve, first of all our main email adress is online@ , not the third as you stated above and it is clearly advertised on the main page . We helped you by sending these thin trims on an island ( we don t deliver on any island ) and unfortunatly you had some damages . You sent us an email after 3 weeks , after you finished the job as you said in your email . Our return policy said any damage to be reported in 3 days time . '' Lilly '' explained clearly and polite and '' tough s**t'' I think is rude and inappropriate .
The plastic panel was excellent
The plastic panel was excellent. However, it took some time to arrive (I know the van broke down which added another day) and then when it was delivered, it was dumped on the road behind my car. The driver then phoned to say nobody was in so he'd delivered. There were actually four adults in the house along with SIXTEEN dogs! There's no way he would have approached the front door without being heard. Luckily, I still had the strength in my old bones to carry the sheet inside!

Fascia parts
I ordered some fascia and corner covers in brown and paid for them over the webb, I was contacted by Lilly to be told the parts were out of stock, but I could wait for more stock or have a refund. I chose the refund, the transaction was done promptly and was back in my account. Very good service

Rachel, this is a false statement . We manufacture ONLY grey pipes , is NOT advertised as anthracyte grey on the website and the pipes are standard . Your refund was issued 2 days ago and it takes 5 working days for the money to be back in your account . With a 4.6 score on Trustpilot I think we are trustable not avoidable . It is a shame that you leave false feedback when we work hard to be the best .

Great Customer Service
Received the product very fast, but damaged, maybe in transit, but wasn't well enough packed to take any knocks. I contacted support and they arranged replacement immediately , which was better packed and rec'd 2 days later - excellent service.
