Device only works intermittently and doesn't remove all hairs - there are some it won't remove and I have to resort to traditional tweezers. When I requested my money back under their 60-day money back guarantee they refused even though their website says there is a 60-day money back guarantee. My happiness was not their priority, despite their marketing.

Would not recommend plucky...doesn't remove hair from the roots... absolutely false advertising. It actually made my skin very red and left quite red marks on my skin as well..Also they will not refund if it's used. But if you've not had a good experience with this device they should still offer the refund. Shame on you plucky for ripping of so many people

Big scam! They advertise a 60 day money-back guarantee on their website, but no way of claiming it.

I purchased the Plucky device after seeing it on Instagram and seeing all the positive reviews on their website.
I unfortunately only discovered the legitimate negative reviews here on Trustpilot after purchasing.
I made sure not to use the device and contacted Plucky to return. They asked for a video and photos, which I emailed. They replied and said they would not accept my return because the box had been opened.
They are now not returning my emails.

Very angry and disappointed. I have lodged a complaint with the NZ Commerce Commission

It doesn't work. Simple as that.
* hair is not removed, let alone plucked put
* rash left behind on face
* under lip area is deeply grazed, and scabbed over
* waste of money.
I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing!

Only works on fine fuzz not much good for anything else.

What a rip off ,I asked for refund after agreeing to send photos and video of the plucky not working as it should the flatly refused so this is the biggest rip-off do not buy

I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased.
I've gone online to ACCC to put in a formal complaint.
If everyone was to do this maybe this company can be held responsible for their bad practices

Absolutely useless. It couldn't rip the hairs out of a mammoth, let alone a woman's chin. Don't waste your money. You'd be better off using a hedge trimmer.

This product gave me blisters on my face. Did not do as described at all and did not remove facial hair. Worst product I have ever used!! DO NOT BUY!! Says 60day money back guarantee. They won’t even respond to me and will not provide a refund!

ITS A SCAM
First of all thought I was purchasing from NZ - wondered why it was taking a long time to arrive, coming from China.
Product does not work, there’s one tweezer pers side of rotating part. I emailed plucky asking for refund, I had to send them pics & vids, they denied my refund due to me trying it and it works (turns on).
Their website states 100% full refund within 60 days.
Left out of pocket with a product that doesn’t work.

This product is rubbish When it finally arrived I tried it out but it didn’t remove any hairs as was advertised so I requested a refund but was denied as I had used it so my question is how does a person know if the product works if you don’t try it so how many others have lost their money this company is making a fortune by scamming its costomers

Pleas DON'T buy!!! It's an absolute waste of money. I used it for less than one minute and I did nothing. I have another device that is SO much better. I'm absolutely disgusted with plucky's return policy. They must know how rubbish the device is but still want to keep customer's money. Would never buy from this company again!!!!

Plucky was painful to use and irritated my face, leaving it inflamed and red with pimples days after. Rest of body was not that effective. Random hairs plucked but mostly just pulling and cutting hair (manual plucking with tweezers is faster) terrible customer service. Put me through the loop trying to get a video to show the product in use only to reject saying product had already been used (how else would i determine if product is effective?) DO NOT WASTE your money on this.

Absolute crap ..I contacted them and sent photos of damaged skin..and Lo and behold the reply said you’ve used it no refund ..this is not a quality product from New Zealand as they advertise …please do not waste your money ..never give a refund ..and certainly does not remove fine facial hair just leaves large red welt marks

Did not work as advertised.
They offered a money back guarantee which they refused to honor when they were informed the product didn't work. Don't waste your money, this product is a scam that does NOT give results advertised or even work efficiently. Terrible customer service and even worse product.

Cheap rubbish at a highly inflated price. I bought this last year and have never been so disappointed with a product as I am with this one.
After my first review they told me to persevere and read the instructions, carefully. Still no joy. Since then I have been unable to contact them.
Do not waste your money on this epilator because it doesn't work and believe me, I have tried. It doesn't remove the hair. I have had to go out and buy another make which actually works.
