The service provided from start to finish was excellent. Even though my plumbing issue was not an urgent job, the engineer, Calum, attended within a couple of days of my call and after ordering a part, completed my repair as soon as the part arrived. Calum did a great job and made my shower usable again.

The plumber had a very positive attitude, calmly did the jobs which have been perfect. Highly recommended.

Billy is a true professional, he put me in a new outside pipe for me and has installed a new shower too, he takes you through everything very clearly from beginning to end, just a very genuinely nice guy ,would recommend 365 plumbers to anyone they are very prompt ,so thank you for a quick and efficient service

We needed to improve the drainage from the downpipe into the drains at the front of the house because water was compromising the damp course when it rained. After various attempts to find the best solution, Gent was appointed to carry out the work by Plumbers 365 and did a superb job quickly and efficiently. Not only did he carry out the task to our satisfaction, he reinstated the garden to its former condition.

a blockage occured late on a sunday before a bank holiday mon other firms stated a 24hr response but the reality was several days p 365 if i rember right it was Luke phoned early mon with time would be arriving a additonal problem with a waste pipe came to light but Luke arranged for someone on the mon to sort it before lunch time everything was sorted and working o.k it was good service through out and the updates were excellent

Asked for postcode and told that they don't have any plumbers in our area... despite advertising in our local services LocalReach journal.
Pointless and misleading.

My elderly parents had a blocked toilet on bank holiday Monday they called plumbers 365 and arranged a call out. About an hour later received a call from engineer saying he would be 15-20mins and arrived within that time. Dan tried to clear with a plunger but had no joy so he used a camera in the outside drain hatch and found an issue with the junction the toilet pipe joins the main line Dan then explained what he had found and showed the issue to us on his cctv camera and advised on his next step of clearing which involved his pressure machine. After a struggle he managed to clear the blockage and show us what the issue was Dan then gave a price to have it dug up and replaced to which we agreed as my parents need the use of the toilet and from what we saw on the cctv it was the only option. Works got completed today (Wednesday 27th) by Jaydon and the whole process was stress free and works completed to a high standard with the work area left clean and tidy. Dan was amazing from start to finish the whole process was stress free I’m glad we found plumbers 365 and even more glad we got Dan a real asset to the company always smiling and happy I will not hesitate on calling again in the future and will recommend this company to everyone and anyone thank you so much Dan it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you

Quick response, easy to book and pay and efficiently resolved our drain blockage

Company asking for another £2000+ to finish the job! My elderly parents have already paid £2800.

We were having drainage issue where they had to clear the tree roots in the underground pipes, but they cheekily wrote their initial job quote to only do one section knowing full well we would continue having the same issue - something they flippantly admitted on phone when we called them back.

Now they want another £2000+ to clear the other section to finish the job.

Recommend checking other reviews here, this company is known to do this with elderly's, AVOID!

Please be aware of the pricing. I was charged £124 for 45 minuets work a good ten minuets of this was with him filling out the contract of work and invoice. I was also charged £79 using equipment over 15 minuets. I have learnt my lesson and would never use them again

Plumbers 365 misdiagnosed a simple blocked drain as root intrusion, said they would have to dig up the whole driveway and relay the drain, took £3500 deposit in person immediately from a vulnerable elderly woman, spent a day investigating when a refund was requested and refunded 5 days later. The drain was later cleared simply by another company for £190 - that's £6810 less than the quote from Plumbers 365.

Detailed Version:

My elderly Mum had one of the Plumbers 365 team come to her house to investigate a blocked drain that's fed from a downpipe on the side of the house, on 23rd March. The team member poked around for a few minutes, put the top layer of blockage in a plastic bag, spoke to someone on the phone and then gave Mum a quote for approx £7000, with the quote stating:

"Blocked downpipe due to root intrusion
Blocked beyond point of repair to rectify it needs to be dug out roots cleared and all work reinstated"

Basically, he said she needed her drive dug up and the drain re-laid. He requested payment of half the amount as deposit there and then.

My Mum told him that my Dad had recently died and that she would like to check with me whether this was OK, to which he agreed. However, she was unable to reach me as I was at work, and she went ahead and paid him half of the amount as deposit - approx £3500 - and he said he would be back the next day to start digging everything up.

When I spoke to her later in the day I was surprised that so much money would be taken from a vulnerable person without further information or guidance. I went to her home later that evening and looked at the drain myself and found no evidence that a survey had been done, or of any root damage - the drain was blocked just a few inches in with organic material and sand and dirt from the drive. It was not possible that the Plumbers 365 engineer could have determined that there was root intrusion or that such a repair was required from the investigation he had performed. Indeed, there was no evidence that the drain even continued down the driveway, let alone that it would need to be relaid.

I called the company to request to stop the planned work, and to request a refund. I was told to speak to customer services the following day, which I did, and after a short investigation they agreed to refund the full amount, and this was received 5 working days later.

I have since had Dynorod come to look at the drain. They spent 15 minutes with a jet and rod and have cleared it. There is no damage observable to the drain, no root intrusion evidence whatsoever and the drain is now functioning properly again. This cost my Mum £190, a saving of £6810 on the Plumbers 365 quote.

Excellent people, great service and a solution was found. The work is guaranteed and the engineers (Mitch and Owen) were really competent and professional.
I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend.

We called the plumber due to a leak in the kitchen. It was fairly urgent as waster was dripping slowly from the main pipe into the house. 365 said they could come the next day.
The next day came and had a call at about 9 at home to say that they were busy and could do it today.

They could do it the next day.
I had told them that it was damaging the kitchen cabinets .

Not good enough. Why take a job when they are full and can't do it .

Went to another plumber!

They arrived on time, knew what to do, got straight on the job of clearing the drain and left 25 minutes later. Pleasant couple of guys.

Bailey came to our house as Bosch engineers had told me that I needed a plumber . As I have had Bosch engineers to sort out our new washing machine.
When Bailey arrived he looked behind the machine and said that there was nothing about a plumber could do as the piping was ok. We had a good chat about my washing machine and he is a very nice young man. He had to charge me as it was a call out by me, I would definitely ask him again and as I am 87 he was so caring.

Within 10 minutes, plumbers 365 provided Calum, a skilled young engineer, to stop our catastrophic leak. Calum provided a new valve and showed us how to prevent such a leak from happening again.

The three young men involved Jamie, Owen and Jack were courteous, polite and friendly at all times. Jack is being well tutored and I hope his apprenticeship goes well in what is very obviously a thriving company.

Plumber: Bailey. he was punctual and efficient. worked well, found problem immediately and fixed it. friendly and very pleasant. would not hesitate to use him again.

Preliminary visit by Mitch for prompt and clear diagnosis followed by recommendation as to how resolve the issue of a blocked drain. Repair work carried out within 72 hours by Harley and Jack. All done to a very high standard. Plumbers 365 are recommended without hesitation.

The company were responsive to my needs however costs were not clearly communicated e.g. the cost of the man is separate to the cost of e.g. using a water jet. Lovely man attended however quickly ascertained the blockage was in a Welsh Water asset. He squirted his jet to show me and then informed me he couldn't touch it. He was with me for 10 minutes at a charge of £140+ with no blockage resolved. Welsh Water later cleared the main blockage and my private drains, which were left blocked
