Joe was extremely personable & professional.
He was punctual & explained everything to us as he went along and left everything tidy at the end of the job.

Jamie did everything necessary to resolve my problem and managed to
sort things out very satisfactorily.

My wife and I have had drainage problems in the kitchen sink and dishwasher which had worsened recently. 2 days ago we got up to find the sink full of water which had come from the dishwasher so we called Plumbers365.
Harvey arrived promptly and diagnosed a blockage problem outside using the camera to investigate the condition of the drainage pipes, then he thoroughly descaled them. At every stage of this work Harvey explained what he was doing and why. He was clean and tidy and careful as he worked. We are very happy with the standard of Harvey's work and wouldn't hesitate to call Plumbers365 again.

I had a blocked drain. Spoke to Sam who was very efficient and helpful. Someone came out to me the same day and the issue was solved quickly.

I found this plumber in our local directory. I booked for the plumber to come and their charges were fully explained. Plumber (Tom) let me know when he was on his way.He was very polite and friendly and did a great job of sorting out a blocked toilet and sink.He explained what he needed to do and the charges involved.He worked so hard and was very thorough. On 23 Dec, my elderly mother experienced a blocked and overflowing toilet and called No1 PHD, an engineer was able to attend within a couple of hours.
First I was aware was a call from the PHD engineer on the afternoon of 23 Dec who had investigated the cause of the blockage.
Firstly he enquired if I was an LPA for my mother, which I am. He then outlined the cause of the problem, which was a collapse of pipes between two chambers and the potential solutions.
I discussed the solutions and with some negotiation agreed a price for repair with the engineer agreeing to visit the property carry out the repair on the following day, Christmas Eve.
On Christmas Eve I meet the engineer on site where he again showed me the fault and described the repair solution, which was to install a pipe sleeve between the two chambers.
At that time he then re-confirmed the cost along with written quote.
At all stages of the repair process he was happy to describe what he was doing and how the repair would work.
The repair was completed in approximately 2 hours to the specifications described and the price in the quote.
The repair was tested and water flow from the toilet was much improved.
I am always a bit nervous when having emergency repairs carried out but the work was completed on time, to the specifications and price quoted.
The engineer Nick was very polite and I was particularly impressed that he recognised my elderly mother as a vulnerable person and sought to speak to myself, her son and LPA.

Dan was very good at explaining everything that needed doing to the drains and showing photos of the drain before and after.
I recommend Dan very highly and is very conscientious.

After trying many plumbers for my 77 year old Mother whom had no heating or water for 3 days I was lucky to find Luke! He did exactly what he said arrived when he said, assessed the job went and got the parts required and came straight back and fixed the issues he was very polite, clean and tidy he explained everything that he needed to do priced everything upfront so my Mum knew exactly what was happening. Excellent service highly recommend.
