Jenson was both professional and friendly in approach. He was keen to get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. He communicated clearly on what needs to be done and why. Again, he is a true professional on all accounts.

Problem with a blocked bathroom basin in a park home. Damian arrived promptly and was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing at all times and sorted the issue out quickly having to go under the park home to sort the blockage!

I had Lorenzo out from Plumbing 365 to fix a drain blockage that had basically stopped any work at my business premises. I couldn’t have my employees work when the stench was horrendous and frankly it wasn’t healthy! I urgently needed a drainage specialist and these guys sorted it for me very efficiently. Plumbers 365 resolved a blocked toilet issue for my elderly aunt. From initial contact to resolution and payment was about 4 hours. Pricing was discussed upfront and was completely transparent and Billy the plumber kept me updated throughout the process. Not cheap, but then blockages rarely are but the experience was stressless. Lorenzo came out to My house for a blocked outside manhole.
The sewage Was overflowing across the patio.
He managed to jet everything clear and Wash off everything.

Zac from Plumbers 365 spent six hours at our property fixing a range of items. Zac was very professional, competent and knowledgeable. It appeared nothing fazed him, and he was happy to take on every job I needed done, however small or large. It was a pleasure having him in our home. He was very tidy. Zac explained everything to me before he started any work, and I appreciated his transparency and trustworthiness. Zac is an asset to Plumbers 365, and I believe they have hired an exceptional plumber.

Jamie arrived on time and carried out full survey of the system,sucked out standing water and traced problem to a blocked in a series of bends within the pipework

But alas, I later found that the device fitted, - total cost >£800 (incl fitting) was for a very expensive device and several hundreds over the price of a cheaper but adequate one

The experience was great because it all went so smoothly, on time, but mainly because the Plumber who came to us was - Jenson. He was excellent - professional, friendly and did an excellent job.

The company explained things very clearly, showing us exactly what they were doing at each stage and why the work needed to be carried out. They communicated when they were coming and punctual. They were polite and offered an extremely good service.

Had an issue with my outside drain, an engineer called Jadon promptly fixed the issue for me. Super polite and very professional. Highly recommend!

Had an engineer out who diagnosed a few issues within the drain system gave me a quote which at the time I thought was expensive but due to the roots in the system I had no toilet so accepted quote paid my deposit and works got booked in. Monday morning came and a chap called Dan arrived 20 mins before the time I was told he sat out in his van until 10 to 9 and gave me a knock very polite and very professional. Then Jay his colleague arrived again very polite and professional. I showed them the drain and work area and straight away set up a clean tidy and safe work area. They surveyed the drain with his camera told me the plan of action and within 20 mins of arriving work started and I must say I was impressed I’ve never seen 2 lads work together as well as these lads they knew what they where doing and bounced off each other like clockwork. Drain was dug out and they found additional problem further down which required a liner. The drain was split wide open with roots Dan removed the root and installed a structural patch liner in the drain at no extra cost to myself then installed the new drain section and had it backfilled in no time. Dan also advised that there was roots in my kitchen gully which was missed due to the drain being under water Jay installed a new gully at no extra cost. Day 2 arrived and again Dan arrived early followed by Jay and work started straight away replacing sections and installing liners to ensure the roots never return. The works where completed on schedule and I must say I am very impressed with how these two lads work together. Now back to what I said about expense,when I’m sat thinking about it it seemed expensive when the guys arrived and the all of the specialist equipment being used and the sheer Experience and proffesionalism of these lads and the additional works that they did at no extra cost I feel it was money well spent. My whole experience with plumbers 365 has been amazing 0 stress and an absolute pleasure to have Dan and Jay on site.

We have used Damian before to do a difficult job after Portsmouth water and two other plumbers walked away from it When we required a plumber again this week Damian was up to the task.I did not hesitate to use you and him again.I was pleased to see Damian again.
