A great prompt, polite and helpful service was provided by everyone concerned from start to finish, my only criticism would be that for such a service, it comes at a price, yes, expensive. which we paid for to get our emergency out of the way, AND which also covered remedial work as well, thank you.

Rip off
My sister called them out to my dad's house as the header tank was over flowing and the balcock needed changing . I was horrified to see they charged him 755 pounds which was reduced to 605 when we complained . A right scam company

When the engineer arrived, they were able to replace the ball valve on the storage cistern to resolve the leak they had been experiencing. While on site, it was reported to the engineer that water from the main bathroom was causing a health hazard and so the storage cistern was drained and thoroughly cleaned, with a new filter installed to improve the quality. Everything was fully tested before the engineer left.
A breakdown of these costs were provided to a family member and were approved before any payment was taken. Your father has been charged according to the rates provided when your sister first approached us and we have been as transparent as possible regarding those costs. We also note that your account history shows a pattern of leaving multiple one-star reviews across different businesses, which we feel is relevant context for readers when considering this feedback. We are confident that the work was completed correctly, transparently, and in line with the agreed pricing.

Very friendly and great costumer service
Had a problem with my utilities drain. Lorenzo came out on a Sunday morning and was really helpful. Managed to jet everything clear and did a cctv survey to check the conditions of drain.
Highly recommended would use again

Dan s was an absolute delight. When looking for tradesmen it’s always a worry but Dan went the extra mile! He came out and diagnosed the problem and wanted no time sorting it out. He showed me exactly what went wrong and provided and fair quotation to fix the issue. Issue has been resolved and I have a great peace of mind. blocked and cracked outside drain replacement
Owen and Harley were very professional and reassuring. They arrived on time, were very polite and friendly, and got on with the job without any fuss and a minimum of mess (installed new PVC kitchen gully and sleeve from gully to manhole to clear blockage and seal and stabilize cracked clay 100mm pipe). They explained what they were doing, cleared up everything afterwards, and answered any questions we had. We then had a couple of queries afterwards, and the company sent out Lee and Harry who checked a couple of things (which were fine) and again, could not be more reassuring and helpful. Very happy to recommend and endorse this company's services and professionalism.

I had a badly leaking pipe under my kitchen sink that was causing water to spread everywhere. I called Plumbers 365 and they were fantastic from start to finish. They sent someone out the same day, who quickly identified the issue — a worn-out joint that needed replacing.
The plumber explained the problem clearly, replaced the faulty part, and made sure the entire system was secure so the leak wouldn’t return. He also checked around for any other weak spots and gave me advice on how to avoid future problems.
The whole job was done quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. They left the area spotless and gave me complete peace of mind. I’m really impressed with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumbers 365 to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Blocked toilet panic
Rang Plumbers 365 when my toilet blocked. Panic! I needed them to visit at a specific time after work which the lady on the phone reassured me was not a problem. Lorenzo arrived on time and after asking me details about what happened and when, he explained what he would do. Kept me up to date with what he found, my choices and his advice.
He unblocked the toilet but it needed work to prevent it happening again.
I had to be at work the day the other team came to fix the problem (literally two days later, very quick)
They left everything tidy and clean and fixed.
Can't fault them from phone to finish a reassuringly competent, professional service.
