Good morning,
I hope you are well !
Apologies for the delay with your order, the website did state at the time you placed your order that delivery was not available for 5-8 working days.
We were then informed by the supplier of a few extra days of delays, we then attempted to call you and left an email stating there was going to be delayed by a couple of days but never received a resposne.
Your order was shipped on Friday and will be with you today 13/03/2023.
I appreciate your frustration and apologize for the delay, if you order with us again anytime soon please ensure to check the "delivery available in" just to avoid any disappointment with the lead time.
Thanks again for your order and feedback.
Should you have any questions or require any assistance at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Have a great day !
Kind regards.
