Our Customer has stated above worst manager ever, but our manager was on holiday when these events unfolded. Customer was sent an email regarding his delivery day, unfortunately he says he never received the email but that can’t be correct as he replied to the very email that had his delivery date on with his cancellation notification, he did not want to pay the re delivery fee!
When there is a failed delivery we have to pass on the re delivery fee that we get charged. Our customer did not want to pay the re delivery charge, and we refunded his card.
To be honest, we’re not sure how that justifies a one star review, lit wasn’t our mistake.

Very Happy. Splashbacks need cut to size though.
The counter tops arrived on time and look great. The only down side was that they wouldnt cut the splashback to size but did so with the counter tops. I live in a flat and it meant we had to leave the 41000mm long splashback on the landing before we can cut it to size to even fit upstairs to my flat. It would be great if the splashback just arrived in two smaller pieces upon request, like the countertops did.

Many thanks for the 4 star review. We make it very clear in our emails at the point of enquiry that splasbacks are not able to be cut to size. This service is only available from the manufacturer for worktops. We apologise that customer is disappointed.

I bought a kitchen panel
I bought a kitchen panel, door and drawer replacements from this company and the order was smooth and speed of delivery was really great. I received everything in a matter of two business days.
However, the company that shipped the parts made the delivery a bit complicated as the pallet was large. The truck driver was amazing and really helpful, and we managed to unload from the track the delivery.
In unpacking the items I realised that the packing list had everything but two doors were missing. I immediately reported the issue on in the evening and in a matter of 24h I received the missing parts.
The customer service is really proactive, but the communication is basic. You get an acknowledge and they act but not much more in informing you that the missing parts will be delivered the following day.

We would like to thank our Customer for the kind review. Having looked at the two orders we find no notes in our files that we have contacted our distributor concerning any missing parts nor that our customer had contacted us. It might well be that the customer contacted our distributor directly. Any problem should already be always been reported to us so we can deal with it appropriately.. We do however apologise that the customers had a bad experience.

We’re often quick to leave a bad review when something goes wrong, but rarely take the time to praise when everything goes as it should.
I can highly recommend this company. From purchasing at a very reasonable price to delivery, the communication was excellent and everything arrived on time. Great experience all around.

Sparkle worktops
Delivered on time with a very helpful driver. The order process was transparent and I was kept informed about the order/ delivery status by email. The goods (worktops) are as described and in perfect condition for a very competitive price. I would certainly use the company again.

If I could leave half a star I would. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a long time.
Ordered a worktop, paid for it and delivery. Waited two days to be told, actually that one can’t be delivered to London but you can collect it from Birmingham.
Picked a different one, was told it would arrive Wednesday so I had a carpenter booked in for the following day; then an email to say that actually it would arrive Friday.
Friday, the worktop arrives but no colorfill so I have to put the fitter off again.
A whole day on the phone got me nowhere. Monday comes and I’m told it’s been posted. It’s now Tuesday and I have a worktop on the floor that can’t be fitted.
Their idea of customer service is to suggest they’ll refund me the cost of the colorfill, that I don’t have.
Absolute jokers, no idea of customer service.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Every word of this is accurate and true.

Our customer ordered their worktops on Saturday, the 7th of March. On Monday, the 9th, when we reopened, we placed the order with our distributor. We were informed that they no longer deliver to this postcode, to which we were completely unaware at the time.
We notified our customer immediately, and they chose another brand with a different distributor for a Wednesday delivery. On the Tuesday before delivery, we were informed of a vehicle problem and that they would need to rearrange the delivery to Friday. Again, we spoke to our customer and agreed on the new delivery date for Friday.
Due to a picking error, the driver did not deliver the colourfil with the worktops. We asked our distributor to send a colorfil out on Monday via Royal Mail, and by yesterday, Tuesday, this had not been received. We have today, as a precaution, asked for another adhesive to be mailed to our customer, all of which, of course, are free of charge.
We completely understand our customers' frustration, and we absolutely apologise for the problems arising from this order.
We do feel we are doing all we can and will continue to do so until the order has been fulfilled.
A refund has already been issued for the original missing adhesive.

Took a gamble buying this as I couldn't find any photos of it in a kitchen...and I love it! Excellent price, delivery was on time, driver very pleasant. Can't wait for it to be fitted! Would use this company again without hesitation.
