Tried to order an item but on phoning to check availability I was told they don't deliver to my area 'Hampshire' so was unable to purchase the item I wanted. Not good for business if the delivery area is that restricted.

Easy to order, better delivery date than expected

The worktop itself is lovely and the customer service professional. But the delivery let things down a bit – it was heavy items that clearly required two people, yet only one delivery person turned up. It made unloading difficult and could have been a safety issue. A great product overall, just disappointed by the delivery setup.
I am disappointed by your response about the delivery service (you did charge almost £50 for delivery) more than most suppliers, yet help was required. What did I pay for?

Good quality worktops, delivered on agreed date, friendly delivery driver.

Helpful samples service, quick delivery. Helpful to be able to readily add trim, bolts and matching colour fill. Used this company for worktops twice now, great experience.

Communications with SSKD were prompt and helpful. They responded to my numerous questions and samples were sent quickly. Ordering online was easy and confirmation was swift and informative. The delivery driver contacted me in advance and was very helpful offloading the worktops which arrived in perfect condition. After sales service was also excellent. I was apprehensive about ordering online (rather than in a shop) but I would definitely recommend SSKD, my purchasing experience couldn't have gone any better!

From ordering the worktops online to receiving them, the service was really good. They have a vast selection of worktops on their website to suit pocket and taste, so you really are spoilt for choice.
Ordering was very easy and super fast to do. Once completed, they send you updates about your order and when it will be despatched.
Once this happens, the courier service they use also contact you with a time slot for your delivery, which again is a great service.
When the worktops arrived, they were protected with wrapping, so no damage occurred. The worktops are great quality and look the same as the images you see on the website.
From start to finish, a positive experience, I would thoroughly recommend using them.

When I first phoned up to inquire about ordering my worktops , the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and quick at responding to any questions I had. Once I had placed my order I phoned up to just check on delivery dates and again to check a few details and was able to get the information that I needed. On delivery day the driver was brilliant he was friendly which made the delivery process very pleasant

Reliable and uncomplicated

Was all set on ordering from this company until I read the delivery info! Please make sure you read it before committing to buying from here. Kerbside only and 1 man! Had to be 2 able bodied people to help the driver unload. I’m paying for delivery, I’m not risking myself by turning into a delivery worker. Never heard something so ridiculous in all my life. Have now ordered from somewhere else that actually provides a proper 2 man delivery service where the poor customer doesn’t have to do their work for them
