Original sink arrived with a crack through it and didn't notice until opened by the fitter. Got onto the store and a new sink was dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Excellent service.

Beware items which say are in stock and…
Beware items which say are in stock and ready for dispatch are not. Ordered a part which said in stock delivery within 3 days actually wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered from Germany and took 3weeks to arrive website still showing this part in stock even though this is not the case.

I have looked in to this and can see that the items were due to arrive in stock within the lead time stated on the website however the stock was delayed arriving from Germany which caused unforeseen delays.
