A Good Fit!
I found Amanda Skerritt to be very knowledgeable about her products and helpful in every way on her visits. She was very competent in guiding me to the best material for my particular shaped sofa and I am delighted with the results after she fitted the covers today.

All in all everything went very smoothly
Appointment was easy to book. Agent arrived between time slot allocated. Fabric samples were shown, and choice was selected. Curtains were delivered and hung by the agent. All looked superb.

The small settee is fine but the cushions on the larger settee perhaps would have benefitted with zoos?
I suggested tomthe lady that maybe zips were not necessary
So my fault But they were in the estimate!

sofa and chairs recovered
My sofa and chairs look and feel like new. The covers and new cushion infils are fitted to perfection. From my Home Consultant Barbara to all the team at Plumbs who make these covers I thank you all. I am a very pleased and happy customer.

I have wanted to use Plumbs for a while…
I have wanted to use Plumbs for a while
but thought I couldn't afford there products.
But I was surprised they were offering prices I could afford.
My covers were well fitted and the representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
I was given all the information I needed,
and my product was delivered when expected. I was not pressured at any time, and altogether my experience was satisfactory.
Will definitely be buying from them in the future.

I’m disappointed with the communication…
I’m disappointed with the communication more than anything. I’ve tried to get a quote for my sofa and it feels impossible! They don’t communicate via email for some reason.
Someone came to my home and let me look at fabrics and eyed up the sofa and told me a rough estimate. I said ‘great, can you send me that via email’. It’s been 3 months and I’ve chased it a few times, heard nothing. It’s like they don’t want your business.
After calling I spoke to someone who told me they’d get the chap to send me an email with the quote. Then 5 minutes later I get an email about booking another home visit.

waiting time and fitted I would use this word very lightly although staff ( they need more for a good service)were very nice and I paid £2000 for a chair and sofa over priced on reflection

Bit of an issue
Service OK, but the feather filled sofa seat cushions get out of shape/flattened very easily and have to be plumped up and
swapped over daily. My original feather filled Plumbs seat cushions only needed daily plumping in the latter years.
