Confidence and quality. Knew it might be a difficult task to recover dining chairs, but so pleased with the result. From start to finish, so happy we got what we wanted.

This company has been plaguing me for years. Several years ago I arranged for them to come to measure and quote to reupholster my sofa. An appointment was made with an agent to visit with swatches but they never turned up. They have since been bombarding me with junk mail. I have made several attempts to get my address removed from their mailing list to no avail. More junk through the letter box today.
Not reliable, not trustworthy and completely bothersome.

The website is easy to use. A representative that came to measure up was very clear about advantages and disadvantages of various products for my situation, and the price.
She was polite, friendly and professional, taking many measurements to ensure a correct fit.
The sofa covers came when expected, and quite quickly considering the amount of work involved in the fit. The rep came back to fit the covers and gave me care instructions and a contact number for any queries.
I'm very pleased with the result, the price was reasonable and the quality of the product excellent.

Too expensive as it was for replacement inside cushions and we had to fit them ourselves .

I had my sofa seat and back cushions replaced on a 16 year old Multi York sofa. Fantastic experience, Janet Clark was very accommodating around my working hours, took all the measurements. Every thing arrived in good time and was fitted for me.

I have had two settees fitted with covers in the past and love them. This time it was for an armchair. I'm happy with the fabric but not quite so happy with the fit this time. It doesn't quite fit on the arms. Hence a 4 star and not a 5. Very quick delivery.

The covers are well made , sadly they are too well fitted with no allowance for any shrinkage therefore I cannot have them dry cleaned as the risk of being unable to refit them is too great. Consequently I am left with covers that need cleaning …….. but how . ?????
Just a warning ! Generally loose covers have an allowance for this contingency . Perhaps it might be wise to go elsewhere for your loose covers . Plumbs are not able to help me with this issue

I was dealt with very efficiently

The sofa covers we got were of excellent standard. However the lack of communication was lacking.
No-one informed us that the material we ordered had run out and would therefore delay our order. However the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and I got an email the following day from Stephen also apologising. We had a phone call several weeks later from Adam saying he'd heard we needed him to put the covers on. Two weeks too late !

My consultant Mark Easton, was professional and friendly when he came to measure up. When he returned with the cover and cushions, he was efficient and professional when going about the fitting. The result is stunning! Far better than I could have hoped. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic, the fit, the fabric, everything.
