A great overall customer experience
I got a maintenance service for my gas ducted heating unit done by Plum Heating and Cooling. It was a great experience from the time I requested the service on the phone to completion of the service. They clearly described what is included in the service. The service technician Joshua called me to give me 15 mins advance notice of his arrival, and he explained everything about the servicing he completed.

Technician arrived in a timely fashion
Technician arrived in a timely fashion. Fixed the problem and explained what was wrong. Jacob was very helpful , professional and lovely guy . Happily use Plum (and Jacob) again.

Lachlan and the boys from plum were great! They were efficient and punctual. They were also mindful of not wearing their dirty boots on carpeted areas . Lachlan explained what he had done and also advised for future servicing .

I dealt with Molly and Jodie in the…
I dealt with Molly and Jodie in the office. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable and professional. Josh called me 20 minutes before arriving. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He also explained what he was testing and explained different ways I can use my heater (auto vs manual). I will be asking for Josh when I’m due for my service and would recommend him to anyone.

Josh was fantastic at diagnosing the problem and helping me decide on whether to get the old problematic cooler serviced or replaced. In the end, replacement was the wise choice.
